Sorry Czar. My sources tell me today that Matney didn't support Trimble for superintendent and alot of Trimble supporters are down on Matney. This is bad news for JC.

Someone at my workplace was telling me today that Coach Matney and Super. Trimble have fallen out over some crazy issues. If this is true how much longer will Coach Matney hang around J.C.? Anyone care to elaborate on this, that may know more than I do.

Agreed, it's a tough job and usually the ref that you don't notice is doing a solid job. I also think coaches fuel their fans by complaining about every call. At any rate, I believe more training is needed for these guys. The secretaries could help more if they would make an effort.

I agree Nets. Accountability for officials is something you never hear of. In fact, I've never heard of high school officials being reprimanded by way of sitting a game or even sending a letter of apology. What can assigning secretaries do? Are their hands tied?

Never thought of the safety issue but that makes alot of sense.

No specifics. Not pointing fingers at anyone. Just seen alot of trashtalking to officials as well as altercations between players. Seems like the kids want to vent in a negative way instead of sucking it up and playing the game.

Is it the NBA impact on high school kids or do the coaches not address these issues? I've seen more this season than in season's past. What's up?
