I am not so sure that they have played all that well all year. They did get on a roll in their own tourney but honestly they had a bunch of unknowns playing in it so no one really knows how good they really are.

Big win for Hazard.

I wouldn't call Seneca or Owensboro Apollo unknowns! But with that said, Seneca is down this year and Apollo just didn't play well and Paintsville was on a roll!

 

I don't know what is wrong with Paintsville this year, but I do know that they need some help on the boards bad!

Paintsville out rebounded Hazard in this game and why cant you all just give Hazard credit for beating them instead of saying that Paintsville is struggling and not playing well. Hazard just beat them is what happened.

Barren County and Apollo are both like 11-4 I believe and the quality of play, was very good.

 

Both Hazard and my Tigers, will have their good games and bad games this year.

Hess and Hensley was there to do a lot of the dirty work last year when they needed someone to play physical inside. Those are the type of players that teams miss. They didn't get (or seek) a lot of the glory, but they were indeed very important to the team.
