Coach is trying to pull the team together JaMark's passing and the extreme heat is really taking it's toll. I think by the end of the season the team should be poised to make a deep run into the playoffs. If we get off to a fast start Saturday could go along ways into having a successful season. On the other hand if it goes poorly, the kids will have another low blow to deal with.

John Hardin and Butler will square off at 2:30 p.m. Saturday the 25th at Papa John's Coach Brown will bring the Bulldogs from E-town and travel to L'ville with lots of questions still to be answered. The Dawgs are rated as high as #3-5 in most polls across the state in 5A. Team speed is not the question but playing 4 complete qtrs of football is still to be seen. John Hardin will no longer play one of the big three schools in L'ville in the regional championship (St. X, T, or Male). Not to say the new alingment pits them against Bowling Green, Warren Central will be a cake walk.

Both teams played like it was a scrimmage. Neither out played one another, both coaches had things they liked and some they didn't. One important thing ALL Franklin County Fans has forgotten to mention how many calls you all got. If you where there you know what I am talking about. For John to play against 11 is hard but to play against 14 or 15 is really hard. Enough said...

Hearsay after watching them scrimmage Eastern, I don't know if they could beat anyone right now. The team is still trying to figure positons with the lost of Jamark McCloud. But they will beat both of them, played Nelson twice last year with a team not really that good. This year's team is loaded with speed, will be hard for Nelson to keep up. John Hardin 9-1 regular season only lost coming on the road to Warren Central 2-1 in post season losing in the regional final to Bowling Green.

John Hardin has one the best complex's in the state....

Dragon the only down fall for John is they play in a very weak district, but the non-district schudule is loaded with 6a teams. They are playing a Sophmore at QB if he matures over the season watch out. If they make it to the Regional BG or WC awaits both very good teams. As far as this team being as good as the 2005 team, Defensively no way. Next year is John's year loaded and I do mean loaded.

Bluegrass family I ask for prayers for one of John Hardin Football Players who is in very serious condition at KOSAIR hospital. Name being with held out of respect for the family.

John Hardin played in the Male 7 on 7, missing several key players. They beat Eastern and Male lost to Central. Speed will not be a problem for the bulldogs, they played two sophmore's at QB which faired well. I look for John to fair well not having to play the big three in L'ville to make to state.

Did you miss my point...............sorry it rubbed you wrong? No, I was not calling anyone a bad person because they choose not to attend church, but for those who do worship on Sunday especially the youth. Need to be in pews instead of stands watching a high school football game.

AHSAA, thank you for standing on morals and values which young men need more these days than ever before. We need to teach our youth who soon will be head of households, to have priorities in life. High School football is an American tradition on Friday nights, lets leave it there and give God his due on Sunday.
