Will the ruling on Euton scare Zollo off at GRC?
Well, the queen in all her wisdom will have her final say so on the matter. You never know what the queen will do when she takes her magic wand and waves it. I guess you can tell that I don't care for the KHSAA at all.

State: Greenup Co. vs Lawrence Co.
I just wonder what the justification was for the times for the tournament. I always thought the first two teams drawn play the first game and etc.....With this tournament, it appears that they picked and chose who was going to play which game.....

Bell County 4 Corbin 2
Why should there been an ejection? Don't know anything about the game that you are talking about but read this post and just wondered why there should have been an ejection?

Greenup County 12 Estill County 2
Great win by Greenup County.

Lawrence County 6 Bell County 3
Nice game by the Bulldogs. The big three of Cyrus, Hayes and Kingsmore struggles at the plate last night but the Bulldogs got offense from the other guys. Great win by LC as Nelson from Bell County really pitched a quality game. Nelson pitched 6 innings gave up 6 runs and only 1 was earned, he had 8 strikeouts and 2 walks on the night. Bell County committed too many errors in this one. Lewis Michael of the Lawrence really settled in after the first inning and pitched a very good game. No walks given up on the night by Michaels and he had 6 strikeouts. He gave up 3 runs but only 2 where earned. This was a very good game to watch from a fans view.

Bell Co./Lawrence Co. Predictions
The Section 7 Baseball Tournament action can heard live on WSIP 98.9 FM or if you are out of the listening area, it can heard on WSIPFM.com live streaming. Any Bell County fans that can put me in touch with Coach Ledington, I would really appreciate your help. As I am trying to get a copy of the roster and stats for Bell County for the radio broadcast.

Lawrence Co 10 Belfry 0 15th Region Championship
Lawrence has simply rolled through the 57th District tournament and the 15th regional tournament. Chandler Shepherd threw extremely well last night. He was hitting consistently 86 to 87 on the gun with his fastball. Lawrence County is hot right now. I just hope that they can keep it up going into the sectional tournaments. It is good to see Coach Keeton's Bulldogs advancing deep into post season play in his last go around as the head coach of the Bulldogs.

The Negative Impact of the 6 Class System
My question is this. How can two schools from the same city end up playing for the state championship? I agree they are the two best schools in 6A but I don't see how they would not have to play each other earlier in the playoffs being in the same city.

New Season Same treatment

Betsy Layne @JBS 11/27
Good luck to Coach Hall in his first game as the head man at Betsy Layne. I still remember Coach Rose's first game at B.L. Was he ever nervous.

Miller-Hopson match up tonight !
I watched all four of the mentioned teams this past Saturday along with Rose Hill and I thought Mason looked better than any of the other 3.

Miller-Hopson match up tonight !
Mason County is far more than one man show. Miller is a GREAT player but Setty is very good also. I was impressed with Barnes. He played very well in the post. I like the size of the Mason County team and they really work hard on "D". Miller is everything and more than what I had heard but like I said, Setty really impressed with his play too. UHA, I am sure that Hopson will come along but Edmonson was the man that carried UHA on this night. He is a player also.

I got to see first hand, the match-up between and Miller and Hopson. Miller by far was had the best day. Unofficially, Miller had 41 points. Hopson really struggled the first half seemed to come into his own in the second half. Edmonson was the lead man UHA, he had over 30 points on the night. I was impressed with Miller guarding Hopson in the first half, that was one reason Hopson couldn't get untracked.
