I'm going to pick Greenup County. They breezed past a pretty good Estill County team. Their star pitcher, Heinnman (sp), is on a roll right now.

Not to get off topic but did Heinnman give up a run in his last start or is his scoreless streak still alive ?

The streak ended at 37 consecutive scoreless innings. Estill County's first run came in the 2nd inning.

Man, This one will be a good one. If Heinnman is on the mound and Shepard is too. It will come down to who makes the least mistakes. I will have to give the edge to Greenup and them bats. They hit from the top to the bottom. Anyway good luck to both teams.:thumb:

I have been ooking forward to this one for awhile! I will go with Greenup 7-4. But, I will say that it will be a real classic.

I went with Lawrence, but I wouldn't be surprised if it ended 0-0 after 40 innings and both squads run out of pitching.

He's still on a roll. It was errors that stopped his streak. A stupid throw to third in the second and a misplayed ball in the fourth. ERRORS stopped the streak, not pitching.
