The past few years this district has been slammed for being one of the worst in the state. I think this year will be a whole different story.

Heard things have been going well in the weightroom at LC. I think they are heading in the right direction in Vanceburg.

Dont forget about a GC team that returns almost everyone.

GC looked like they had a spark last night. The boys played hard and aggressive last night.

Should be an interesting meeting after all the school drama this week. Might not even get to talk football now.

I dont know what you heard, but I havent heard anything about any other sports, I know nothing is going on with football and Im pretty sure Coach Logan doesnt have any issues going on.

I guess not, I just cant figure out why he keeps doing this in the post game interviews, it obviously isnt motivating the boys. Its just going to bring hard feelings form parents and players.

If he doesnt start coming to weight lifting, he may get passed up by a few boys that are. He has great talent but has to work to get stronger in the off-season. Hope to see him next week.

The end of the first year of change in GC. Thanks to all the boys, parents/boosters and to the coaches for all of the work you guys did this year. Change is never easy and I think we in GC accepted it and got excited about it. I really feel that all of the hard work will start to pay off on and off the field next season. On a personal note, thanks to all the coaching staff for making my first year coaching HS a great experience, and thanks to Coach Copley for having faith in me, and giving me a chance to coach the game I love at a higher level.

Dont count on Barr, he may not be in Orange catchers gear this year.
