  1. Maybe that would be a good idea. :scared:
  2. That is exactly the mindset that JC wants CC to show up with on Friday. :thumb:
  3. What about when the Ashland band was playing when Johnson Central was snapping the ball and into the play. Don't whine about the PA man, get over it. Your team played one whale of a ballgame, don't ruin it by continually whining about the PA man. If you couldn't enjoy it, stay home next time and listen to your great radio broadcaster.....:flame: :flame:
  4. Well, my office is in town and I pretty sure that I heard the PA man already getting tuned up for tonight's game. (Just joking) I think he may have taken the remarks personal after the last game, so I am sure the entainment will be top notch tonight.. Looking for great weather and my football buddy InTheLoop to be back in the stands..
  5. Nothing like smashmouth football...JC-42 Ashland-3
  6. LRCW, I would chip in on that pre-game meal. I think this will be a hard fought game on both sides. I think the game will go just about like last time, but if Ashland comes in as flat as some of the Ashland posters have said, then JC might put more points up than last time. I just hope for a hard fought game with no injuries on either side. I hope it is a little warmer than this past Friday night, I have to admit I got a little cold...Any other Tomcat fan that would want to get a pre-game meal, PM me and we will arrange to meet.
  7. I think Sheldon Clark wins this one by a touchdown. SC-28 P-burg -21
  8. Wow, you know what amazes me... Ashland posters couldn't show up on this site when it was their week in the nest but they sure like to show up when they are not going to the "Nest". JC plays hard and remains focused and comes away with a win... JC-42 BC-7
  9. I will be making the trip there tonight. Does Mason Co. ever cover up their field when they are expecting big rains?
  10. Can Mason's field handle the rain that we are supposed to get starting today with heavy rain tomorrow?
  11. Well, I think Mason County will be a hard fought contest. I also think that Coach Matney will have the boys ready and focused on what is at hand. With that said, I think JC wins 28-7. Hey InTheLoop are you traveling to Mason Co with me on Friday night?
  12. Nah,, I have seen how they act when it is basketball time and a certain school called the Hill is mentioned...Big game or not, they can not contain theirselves...
  13. The old Flat Gap High School and Meade Memorial High School gyms are still used. They are now grade school gyms but they have fantastic feels to them as far as atmosphere.
  14. What about Harlan Co....What schools are going to be consolidated into the new Harlan Co. High School?
  15. I am so tired of hearing soft schedule...soft schedule...Some people need to get a clue. By the way, would the Ashland fans that use this site want to meet for a pre-game BGP reunion?
  16. I will say this, I am pretty sure the JC team won't need any t-shirt to be ready to play. They know what is on the line and I don't think for a moment that they will be overconfident. They will come ready to play the game one play at a time.
  17. That is what the parents need to show up wearing, that would just add fuel to a JC team that has waited a year for this game. Never go into a dog's backyard and tantalize him too much.....
  18. Nah, no mud cleats needed. I seen the tarps on the field yesterday. So, it has not received any rain on the field itself...:flame: I am sure that a helicopter would be handy to dry it up also if needed........:dancingpa
  19. Wow....I really don't know how to predict this one. I will take JC by 10. Too much JC defense in this one.
  20. Wow, I leave for one day and come back and the thread is shut down. I still think JC wins by 5 touchdowns in this one.
  21. Is Ashland allowed to bring their own officials with them?
  22. I was at the South Point game. I think JC has made great strides since then. Have to beat them by more than 30 or we will be the "non proven underdogs" going into the Ashland game. I think this team will be focused and not looking ahead. Coach Matney knows you have to win this one in order to have a shot at District title and home field advantage.
