Heck of a game to attend! Sheldon Clark is a very good team but I would loved to have seen Bourbon play Belfry at least once! Regardless, it was a good tourney. Well, besides the clock issue. So hint to Belfry, GET NEW SCOREBOARDS! Nice gym though!

Holmes did not impress me at all! Especially to be ranked 13th in the state! Maybe Greg Rice being out is the difference. I am REALLY surprised that Holmes didn't press the entire game. They played tough defense when the Refs would let them. I tell you one thing, if you are not in the 15th Region and you play there, YOU CAN FORGET IT! That is why the game stayed so close. The Refs wouldn't let Holmes play defense! The way Holmes played the last 4 minutes is the way I expected them to play the entire tourney. Would also like to note that the Brandon May kid from Sheldon Clark is a stud! The boy can play!

I seen Brandon May play tonight against Jenkins and the boy can play! Big boy too, does he play football?

Seen some of the L.C.C. meet on VHS and looked really exciting! Coach Fronhapfel(I believe is how you spell it, lol) is doing a tremendous job with these young men!

Would also like to note that Adam Dials of Sheldon Clark has a BRIGHT future and played well and hard last night. STRONG KID who seems determined to do whatever it takes! Keep working hard Adam and it will take you places! Congrats Belfry and great season Sheldon Clark!

Maynard is a stud! Love watching Belfry football! I am a Letcher Countian who loves everything that Belfry is about. They should be the full definition of football(Fans/Players/Coaches) besides the fact that they play on turf, lol! Just think that you all do a tremendous job and represent what the mountains are all about! We all support you!

I was watching the Belfry/Sheldon Clark game on T.V. and they said that Newport won this game! I guess that knocks off about 3 hours of driving now that Russell won. Congrats Russell and get ready for the Pirate Ship to land ashore! See ya There!
