Two minutes til half, Trinity up 28-0. Dawkins just scored on a short screen pass.

5:46 til half, Tigers up 14-0 after from wishbone formation, Austin Davis breaks a long run for the score.

Male has several sacks and and int thus far but Tigers lead 7-0 with 8 min left until halftime. Tigers kept their TD drive alive with a nifty fake punt.

A few years ago the big three was discussed as moving to big four (Manual)... now there is the gigantic one, the big 2, and then??? Manual out of the picture, Male has lost ground but may be coming back into the picture, Central has gained some ground... put Ballard, Eastern, PRP, Butler in a hat and draw, then the rest. I hear tonight is a PINK OUT at the game!!!

PRP could possibly win the public school title... we shall see when they play Central. Beyond that, nope.

Wow... 0.4 is embarrassing. Reality is going to hit PRP hard come playoff time (if not with Central). Had St. X replaced Doss and FC with just about anyone else they'd be even higher. I guess I don't fully understand the numbers/scale. What is the highest, or is there a cap? I'd be interested to see what the numbers were if Trinity played the other top 9 teams as their schedule. I'd guess about 30???

I would think even bigger names would be desired to challenge the team and make seasons more meaningful. BG would be good, St. X and Trinity if they truly want to be named amoung the states best and not just bumpkin teams.

Manual has struggled this year. A great running back in Dishan Romine, but IMO, not near enough of anything else to contend in this one. It will be interesting to see what kind of let down there is after the tough scheduling and the rival win. I'd expect a lot of Rocks playing in this one and hope there is some opportunity to work on the punting/kicking game. I'll say 55-7.

Will X be content with a win (which should be fairly easy even without Mr. Walker) or will they make this the first "practice session" for a rematch with T and install the offense needed to compete?

Thank you for a straight answer. I am sorry he was hurt. He was impressive running the ball. For X to have any chance in a rematch he needs to be back 100%. Can he throw the ball? If so, I'd pitch to him and let him suck in the defense then toss it. I'll be glad to draw it up as a part of my annual school donation. :thumb:

Down 20 and running up the middle... and please don't say the run was working (40 carries - 122 yards). A classic example of "we have no idea what to do when a team keeps our horses pinned in the barn."
