The cheering continued well beyond the celebration time of a big hit, and I have way more witnesses on the Trinity side to confirm such(and I did not have to count numbers it was soooo obvious). If you knew I'd make something out of it that tells me you knew it to be an issue. I did not want to believe it either, I was shocked and as an X grad very embarrassed.

Small crowd. Really low on X side. Great start for X. Loved the trick play where Walker passed. They owned the first quarter. Hated it when X team and fans cheered Quicks injury. I was there, don't tell me it didn't happen. I think it may be a neck injury. Sorry Walker was injured and I hope the Dakota____ player is OK (he left on a stretcher too with leg injury. Excellent defense both ways. Dawkins over 100 yards... huge. X total team rushing maybe 75-80 yards. X played really good pass defense. Final point... why didn't X let trinity score at the end. They would have been down 8 but had a chacne to tie, then win.

Hoping KCD can stun the world! KCD was playing 8 man football not long ago and has made great strides.

Three things that need to happen.... IMHO.... For X to win: 1) Balanced/creative offensive scheme that burns serious clock time AND scores TDs. 2) Win the turnover war by a 2:1 ratio. 3) Find a way to stop the T front four on defense and DD on offense. For Trinty to win: 1) Solid kicking game - special teams play. 2) Hold St. X drives to 6 plays or less. 3) Keep the foot on the gas pedal.

I'm sorry but I don't see it that way at all. How was it closer than the score? X's td was a 50% freak play where the runner bounced out of a pile of rocks. Aside from that did they really ever threaten again? Maybe Jordan's rip and score td was an oddity, but to say the game was closer??? Not really.

I wish LSU ROCK could have been around for these recent games.

Forgot to ask... can we get an injury report from both sides? I kinow Hatcher went back into the locker room Friday night right after half... but I think it was a stomach bug.

I predict if he does throw for 3 TDs at least one is a pick six. Still he has to try the vertical game. Trinity played, I think their best game of the year on Friday. If they come out in that mode again Coach G is going to have a very bad memory of his last game.

One of the hardest games on the schedule this year... having said that, UK wins easily against a very average (if that) Maryland.
