I have always hated statements like this one. We will never know, will we?

Trinity at Lafayette 9/2 Predictions
strongopenyon replied to PepRock01's topic in KY Football (High School)
A few added stars to Walker Wood's rating. I like disciplined teams, and Trinity is certainly the disciplined team. Can't give a score, but Trinity will win. Lafayette will be sky-high, as they have had a focus on this game for a long time. -
Henry Clay has never been strong at defending the pass.

article Bluegrasspreps' 2016 Class 3A Pre-Season Preview

Outstanding job! I must point out one oversight on the top players in Kentucky 3A football. Lexington Catholic's Jack Fagot (his twin brother Kirk is on the list) should be on your top 25 list. I would argue, Jack might be a top 10 player in this class. -
If the tips are 6900 yards, from tee to green totals almost 21,000 feet. There are 5280 feet in a mile, so from tee to green, you walked 4 miles. Add in distance between holes, zig-zagging, etc. and I guarantee you walked 5+ miles. You are selling yourself short, "BIGV"! :sssh:

A very sad day for the faculty, staff, and students of St. Catharine College as well as the entire community of Springfield. :( -
You have one night alone with a celebrity/famous person...

The problem with your choice of Coach Cal is that you don't get to talk. No conversation or chatting with him. He will just start on one of his aimlessly wondering rambles and you just get to sit there and listen. -
What fictional death hit you the hardest?

Ooooops! Just learned it was a non-fictional story. That makes it worse! -

Last purchase you made that exceeded $1,000

Seems significantly higher than the going rate of about $4000-$5000. -

Was that a 1/3 or 1/2 share? If not, you got off cheap. -
Also, don't forget about south of Myrtle Beach. Murrell's Inlet and Pawley's Plantation are both beautiful areas with very nice restaurant choices and plenty of golf courses.

Same as Arizona. An indoor stadium with a retractable roof is the answer. Las Vegas will find the funding, if this is real!

There will be no magical number of wins needed for Coach Stoops to keep his job after this season. His contract will allow him to keep his job, with the exception of a scandalous event. His number of wins will be a function of how much pressure is on this coaching staff after next season and into the fall, 2017 season.

Urban Meyer endorses Cardale Jones
strongopenyon replied to PurplePride92's topic in College Football
There are many college coaches who get very frustrated with their players who refuse to go to class. I wonder if that is Urban's issue here. College students who don't go to class, usually do not do very well in school. -
I was encouraged by some of Drew Barker's throws. I found it funny on how many times Stephen Johnson ran the ball, but the quarterback was not live. Kind of a senseless.

I don't make a habit out of misquoting people. I took what you said, and interpreted it. You said: "I respect Tubby, but I don't see him as an awesome hire for Memphis. He is not a great bench coach, and he is not a great recruiter." Now you say: "I would classify him as a good guy, good recruiter and good coach, but not great." Which one is it?
