PC is 3-3. Their wins were against Tates Creek, Nicholas County, and Augusta. In my opinion it's a tossup.

Oh my! Just saw that Beechwood lost at Dixie by only four. Scary!

I'd like to predict PC but my predictions are usually the kiss of death.

I highly recommend both Skyline and watching Allen play. It should be a very competitive game.

Perhaps PC's most complete game of the early season. Led by only two at the half. On to Beechwood tomorrow night.

I think Billtown may have just taken offense.

Only made the second half and at that point the camels had a six point lead. What I saw from then on was complete domination by the Camels. Several Camels got to the basket with little resistance. When they were open from outside they drilled them. On defense they were tenacious and pretty much owned the boards. Their bench seems to be pretty long(12in the scoring column). It's Campbell at the top of the region and others at 2a,2b, 2c etc. JMO from viewing the Camels for a half.

He played only about 6-7 minutes in the first half because of foul trouble.

While it was true Allen was the main scoring option against Scott in the second game the non-scoring options made 38 of the 63 and in the third game the non-scorers made 55 of the 87.

If the stats you refer to are from last year, your last statement is not accurate. Allen was third only in points per game. He led the three in 3 point field goal accuracy and was second among the three in free throw %, field goal %, and rebounds.

I believe the Wildcats will certainly improve on last year's 16-17 record. they will have a Dontaie Allen who is a year older and stronger. One concern will be how to replace Hunter Wood at point guard. My guess is that Yelton may have the inside track on that position. A second and third consistent scorer may come in the persons of Walsh and Dennie. Three point shooting is questionable in my mind but it could possibly be adequate. They will have some nice size with Allen, Neltner, and Antrobus so hopefully rebounding will not be an issue. Kirby can definitely be an asset in several of those areas. Team defense? I know they will be scrappy. Can't wait for the season to begin!

His stats last year as a freshman were comparable to theirs as juniors so the argument might be made.
