Uhh, I thank Antonio shot them out of the game in the 3rd quarter against Fairview in the district game. He's by far the most talented IMO ever to play at Boyd Co. I think a good junior college experience would benefit him greatly, and if that went well IMO could play bigtime college basketball. I wish the best for him! :thumb:

What a shame! The examples being set. Coaches aren't perfect, neither are players. Coach Pratt has my sympathy, it has to be getting old. My goal is to never embarrass my child and make them as proud as me as I am of them.

I totally agree with you,, Owens tried to take over in the second half and tried to do too much. Fairview played well and IMO is the best team left in the region. Playing team ball is getting kind of rare these days. Good to see Fairview putting it to good use.

Boyd Co. probably would lose 8 out of 10 each time they would play South Charleston without Daniels playing IMO. Very talented team that runs the floor real well. I would have liked to see the Daniels guy play and see what kind of play EKU is getting. He seemed like a gracious person when they honored him for senior night. But the officiating..... did I mention the officiating? Boyd didn't have the better team by any stretch, but the ebb and flow of the bad calls was indirectly proportional to the lead S. Charleston kept. No sour grapes here, S.C. definitely better. Good tune up for Boyd getting ready for districts.

IMO, Owens would be a great JUCO player with the potential to play Big time college basketball. Let him mature on the court his freshman and/or soph. years and take a chance on him. His skills are unreal for someone who's only playing in his first year competively. Best of luck to him!

Again, why would the 64th distict want to play on a non-district site? It makes no sense to me.

Final. Owens missed a shot at the buzzer to tie. Nice win Morgan Co. Boyd never folded after being down atleast 13 points. Should be a fun region this year
