I like him a lot. I think he's very informative and gives fresh insights. He's much better earlier on than most of the ex-players who turn to broadcasting.

I know a couple fans who said they were done and both watched last weekend. I also know several people who never watched who said they wouldn't start now. Good for them.

I'll have to be sure I'm WATCHING when they play Vandy and not listening on the radio.

Oh, I know. He didn't attempt to imprison them or anything. I was just trying to clarify why I thought the fact that the employer could penalize the employee if they so chose wasn't relevant given that it isn't the scenario playing out.

Because to me, it IS a freedom of speech issue until the owners intervene. As long as they allow it, the players should be free to do so without recourse from Trump or anyone else. The NBA has made it clear that they will penalize anyone who does not stand for the anthem and I've not heard near as much about that.

I guess I may agree with you that it doesn't apply, but disagree with the logic. You continue to say that their speech is protected from their government and not their employer, but so far their employers haven't said anything to them while the leader of their government has spoken out against them on multiple occasions. I understand your point, though.

The employer hasn't attempted to discipline so that's moot right now.

I'm a fan of the ventriloquist act. These shows are full of good singers... It's more fun to see the gimmick, I think. If the girl just sang, I don't feel that she would've won. Not because she's not talented, but she wouldn't be giving people anything they didn't see all over TV.

It's been gradual since they won the championship. When they won, I didn't have the feeling of euphoria that I'd anticipated. It was just kind of like "Oh, cool. They won." And that was it. I suppose my priorities shifted at some point that I can't really pinpoint.

Honestly, I don't watch like I used to already. I catch 5-6 games a year when the Cats used to be must see TV for me. If they end up penalized, that's about the last straw for me to just tune out completely. I hope it doesn't come to that.

I would've hoped that Louisville wouldn't do something so ignorant while on probation. All bets are off. All you can do is hope for the best.

How can you ask if someone should go to prison while at the same time saying to forget about proof? Don't they go hand in hand? With a presumption of innocence, how can someone answer "Yes" to your original question without proof? It's just too early on in the process with the information available.

If his involvement can be proven, yes. Based on what I've seen now, no.

Seattle's offensive line is a joke, and it's primarily because most of the money goes to the defensive side. Tom Cable seems to like projects, and it's killing me. I think they'll make the playoffs, though. Homerism aside, they typically start slow and get better as the season goes on. I'm hoping this year will be more of the same. But I've been a little worried with the way the first two weeks have gone, and expect a loss in Nashville Sunday.

Never been for a game, but toured the facility for a networking activity at a conference I attended earlier this year. Extremely nice facility.

Oakland Raiders

I enjoyed it very much. I don't go to the movies often, but said for ages I'd see this one when it came out. Glad I made that decision. The kids were very funny.
