My only disappointment was that he didn't play "Simple Man", which has been a staple of his live set for 45 years and holds a special place in my heart... I credit that to the amount of news outlets out there today. You hear about the negative because that's what sells. There's always been evil in the world, it's just easier to hear about now than ever before. That said, social media absolutely does play a part. Kids are exposed to so much now that it's genuinely hard for them to process what they should care about. It's not an excuse, but I definitely see where the seeds have been planted.

Linkin Park singer Chester Bennington has committed suicide ... TMZ has learned. Law enforcement sources tell us the singer hanged himself at a private residence in Palos Verdes Estates in L.A. County. His body was discovered Thursday just before 9 AM. Chester was married with 6 children from 2 wives. TMZ

He may be granted parole, but I don't think anything he's said has done him any favors.

I haven't seen Vikings, but I loved The Sopranos. That said, there were episodes when it felt like absolutely nothing happened. I'd watch wondering why I was still watching and when the credits rolled I couldn't wait for the next episode. I could do without any dream sequence/fantasy episodes though.

I've never been, but I've always wanted to go. I'm going to Seattle for a Seahawks game this fall, and plan to go to the Museum of Pop Culture. I'm pretty excited for that.

To expand on Springsteen, he's not the best singer. He's not the best guitarist. But he is an absolute entertainer. Watch the video of 10th Avenue Freeze-out from the Live in NYC DVD. I can't find it on YouTube, but if you haven't seen it you have to watch it. It's what ultimately won me over.
