I said it all along , give them time ! There young and kind of remind me of another young team that won district alittle while back !!! Congrats Dixie on a nice win ! :thumb:

I agree with ya there , but I don't think Scott is ready for that just yet. I do think they'll be better than what people think. That should make it an interesting year.

You might be right on that , but I've seen young teams go and win district when everyone said they lost to much. Only time will tell .

Dixie's a young team , give them a little time. You might just be surprised by the end of the year.

Scott does have a young team , I think they played with only 2 Sr's and 1 Jr. 7 of them where Freshman and under at the Beechwood Camp. They showed alot of speed and they can shoot. Its just gonna take sometime and a little leadership . Scott does have a very bright future ahead of them. I think they lost to Gallatin and Conner . Then beat Villa and Dixie.:thumb:

I think they are both great post.You both have some valid points . But don't forget there our two 6th graders playing up. You put both of them with that 6th grade class now , they could hang with any grade in middle school. Woodlands 8th graders should be very strong team moving up. The 7th graders also have good talent. The future looks bright for the YOUNG EAGLES !

I'll agree with that. I think that he was an O-line coach at Scott for a while . That might be a big step backwards for Dixie Football.

Thats the one the birdy was talking about. Also heard a coach from Ohio put in , an assistant from Colerain . Don't know much on it , but trying to find out more.

Does he have any Regional titles ? I know Carr has one or two with Scott and Chevaler is starting a nice run with Dixie. What has Steiner done with SK ?

So whats the time line for this ? Is anything set in stone yet or our they still taking applications ? I heard from a little blue bird , that an X-Bengal put in for the job, any truth to this ?

Just wondering if SK has one anything under Coach Steiner ? Whats his record with them and how long has he been there ? I somewhat know what Coach Carr has done with Scott with less . SK is like a Small College Campus now with alot more kids and gyms.

Was up BW's in Indepenence with the family last night and I picked up The Journal News Paper. It had the complete results of the Freshman Holiday Tournament at Scott. Congrats to SK again ! Looked like Scotts fresh went 2-2 for the tournament : Beat Holy Cross and Cooper , Lost to Bishop Brossart and Walton. It also had the State Farm Player of The Week : Allyson Niece , she recorded 66 pts in the 4 games for Scotts Freshman Team ( 16.5 ppg average ) Not to bad for only a 6th grader !!! Congratulations Ally ! The paper also had another little article on Taylor Stinson , a Senior and Varsity player for Scott . She sounds like a very bright and nice young Lady ! Congrats Taylor !!!

I know of the twins , but who else ? Yes ,they will be young for the next couple of years. But one thing bout young teams, they'll be hungry and dangerous. This is a program thats going to have a bright future with alot of talent coming up! You work in the off season , you get better. You don't and you see what happens. I saw a gym full of Soph's , Freshman , and 8th graders & younger working. Only time will tell , but for now. I think its going to be along year for the Lady Eagles.
