I agree with that. These things are great , but having been through this one time before. If you have talent and size , they will find you. If you want to play at the next level , keep your grades up , score well on the ACT . Be real with yourself and select a list of colleges you are interested in. Make a highlight tape of yourself and get a game film or two and send it to them. Start with the smaller colleges , maybe try your favorite college and send it with all your info. Grades are biggest thing to have going for you . Spend the 150 on a tutor , it will pay off in the long run. All it takes is a little leg work and find the right fit for you . Not everyone can or will play at the next level. But its nice to dream ! :thumb:

Anna is the starting pitcher for Scott , she's doing good. We just have a young team around her. It's gonna take alittle time , they're working their butt's off. Starting off with Conner and NCC didn't help either. Couple more games to get things worked out and they'll be fine.

They're a very young team , your right . And they will take some lump's this year. But " WOW " what a shot your 3rd baseman hit ! A BIG WELL DONE to that young lady ! :thumb: I am very interested to see how much Scott grows by the end of the year. It's gonna take some time young Eagles !

I would say only 2 left , Cottage and LYC . You could count Hut AC some, but most of them come from Independence and Taylor Mill area.

I think I'm going this way with my daughter, she's only been pitching a short time and still has alot to learn on the mound. She doesn't like to wear it , but she's getting use to it. Consequences not worth it !

Isn't KABC more of a state wide thing ? This is The Northern Kentucky GBCA Allstars , I would say only NKY Coaches vote in this one.

Scott's games canceled for the week with Holy Cross and Boone. Just found out tonight , looks like Calvary will be the next chance to play on the 19th.

I agree ' if I had it to do over again. I would have held all 3 of mine back. But all are good students and work hard in the class room. They take to much pride in the grades to do it now. I guess that's what counts the most!:thumb:

I know my daughter played at Midwest today. We got to watch practice today. Nice little squad you have.

I'll go with this along with the right fielder charging hard . They miss 2nd covers 1st , right fielder can still make a play at first.

Most of the girls that due well in wrestling are fly weights ( 110 to 125 range) I've not seen many in the upper weights and it is more pressure on the boy then girl . One of my son's his senior year had to wrestle a girl in Ohio at a tournament at 215 weight class. I really felt sorry for the girl because it had my son worked up that he had to wrestle her. They ref said it was the fastest pin he's ever seen , I think just under 12 seconds.

At Scott , just got it last year.

Been out on the football turf 6 or 7 times so far.

Just wondering who starts out the season with who ? I know Scott starts the season with Holy Cross at Scott on Wednesday 3/13. From what I hear Scott has a nice little pitcher and look's to be a younger team. Anyone know anything about Holy Cross?

I just don't see Highlands being a good school for a wrestling program either. Especially since one of the Best Programs in the State is only minutes away. ( Campbell Co. )
