Anybody know how it's going in the County?

But..........earlier on in this thread, you said that Coach Evans needs to worry more about getting the boys ready for a game and less about tobacco products. Which one is it? Also curious..........do you have a boy on the team?

Mark could always find the funny side of any situation. He was a joy to be around. He leaves behind a 9yo daughter and a wife that is due to give birth to their second child in Oct. Please keep them in your prayers.

Maybe it's just me but I'm thinking my kids would be alot more excited about seeing their own names listed amongst their team mates......... than to see my name listed in the body of the letter.

It is true. One team per age group, which is a huge drop from the mid to late 90's when my sons played. It seems to have started dwindling down around the same time that Mr. Jones took over the JFL program. (That's just an observation.) Add that to the fact that the middle school program has taken a nose dive and I'm afraid BC football is in big touble in the coming years. Let's hope that the new Varsity coach takes an interest in his feeder program since there has been NONE in the past few years.

Don't know his record but............. BC's JFL program has dwindled down from approx. half a dozen teams, to one (1) team, since he is in charge. :confused:

Yes, this news is unfortunately true. There are no definite details as to the cause of Stephen's death as of yet. Please remember not only Stephen's family in your prayers; but also the entire WestWood "family". He was very highly thought of and his sudden death has rocked their small, tight knit community.

There's that 10 point lead again. I was asking in another thread, how many times have we (the County) had a big lead and let it go? What do you guys think is the problem?

How many games have we (the County) had a 10+ point lead and ended up winning by a bucket? Any thoughts?
