If a sophmore is working on grades it is a lot different than when you hear a junior or a senior say that they are working on grades. Those guys working it is almost too late and definitely to late as a senior. He made a nice run agains West and ran a kid over on the side line. He hit up in the holes hard and blocked well. At first I thought that he was the Walker kid, then I found out he was held out. Against Danville I didn't see much out of him.

Mercer wins big in this one. LCA has not seen speed like they have.

The Walker kid is a good back, but he has been hurt since track season.

Jacob Bryant for Danville had a good day, he had an interception, a deflection, and returned a fumble for the touchdown for Danville. Daylen Morris had a good game also. The Danville/mercer scrimmage was a good one to watch. There was a big crowd there.
