I don't believe beating St X or Trinity is simply about numbers. There are plenty of schools with numbers to compete, It's not just how many players one has... I believe it's about the totality of the program.

Pikeville QB, Tim Honaker led Pikeville to a 34-21 win over Ashland rushing for 260 yards on 21 carries including TD runs of 51, 11, and 60. Honaker also threw an 18 yard TD pass.

I would like to see the voters listed to bring a little accountability to the process. As they stand now, they lack credibility,IMO.

What a sad day....for Belfry, eastern KY football and anyone who ever crossed paths with Steve. He was a great man and he loved his Pirates. God Bless the Phillips family.

Prayers from Pikeville for the Phillips family...Belfry games won't be the same til Steve is back on the mic...what a great guy and Mrs Phillips is awesome too.

It's not that interesting. He's just there to promote the Miners and try to sell season tickets....He's going to be at Pikeville Saturday night also.

I may do that...I'm just curious. I thought EVERY school would want as much publicity for their players as they could get.
