I turned it down!!! :lol: I never bashed Les but I do believe I said he was a great coach and I backed him until he was let go. I know one thing and that is I know a lot more than you do King and that is obvious. I think if Les would have just got rid of the problem kids then he would have been more respected by the kids and others. I admire for having the nerve to take what he did. I never get on here and bash the old coach or the new coach. I might make some observations and give some opinions but that is it. I was not the one who brought up last year and the coach. I think you were. :thumb: So you just keep bashing JC and I will keep defending them.

I am not knocking last years coach. Matter of fact "dude" I was one of the few that defended him. I lost all hope at last years senior night. I was there the night when Belfry beat us and one of the best three point shooters would not go back in the game with us down three. I guess what I am saying is Les is a great basketball coach and their is no doubt about that but he had no respect from the players and the parents and they actually ran that team. The only way was to make a change. You can say what you want but we have had the most talent in this region without anything to show for it. I don't care about district, that don't get you to Rupp does it and that is what it is all about. I have said from the preseason that this team is not that great and was way overrated from the talent that they lost. I think the problem right now is that they needed a break and hopefully Starns gave them one. I don't think that they have been used to working as hard as they have. :thumb: And by the way I have coached a few of these kids so don't go there.

I just tell it like it is and was stick so you can agree or disagree but we all know how it was! :thumb: But when it comes to that subject I am sure I know that you agree with me!

I don't think no one is happy about 3 L's in a row but I disagree about the program being in better shape than last years program. The record might not be but the kids are no longer running the show. I for one thought that Central would struggle this year because in all reality King they lost a lot of talent from last years team. I am really happy with what I have seen this year. We even have a chance to win the region as well as others including about four teams in our district. I can handle losses when the kids are playing hard and wanting to play. Last year when kids would not give 100 percent and if the coach took them out they would get upset and pout. Sometimes not even go in back in the game when the game is on the line. I don't agree with those kids attitudes and now the kids on this team know that will no longer be tolerated. I would rather lose with kids playing hard than win with kids that have no respect for the game or for their coach. Just my opinion. :thumb:

Not hiding here King! We are just not playing very well right now but we have about ten days to get the kinks worked out. I think we need to get Kyle back as the focus of our offense. We are depending on the outside shot too much! I hope Starns can get their focus back. We have a few easy games left and with those I hope we can win district. :thumb:

No excuses for JC tonite. They just were not ready to play. I am glad to get a stinker out of the way now. By the way the refs were horrible. It looked more like a football game. Wendall and Sam make me scratch my head and wonder how they can ref.

I don't agree with your comments! Starns tries to keep the fans into the game. He has done this at several games not just last night. I will give you a situation with no class. I got reserved seats in which they asked me JC side or Magoffin side and I replied JC. However I sit right between Magoffin fans which were doing nothing but trying to start trouble. They even put the student section on JC's side. Why? In my opinion it is just trying to get trouble started. This is what I refer to as no class. :thumb: I was just going to enjoy the game and had to deal with that.
