This is why I don't post on here much-that was never the point. The point was the game was cancelled and so there is no game Saturday. If it came from the St. Henry side....cool. ..who cares...irrelevant. Doesn't matter who it came from. No, St. Henry did not have the horses last year to compete with BW in the JV game because all of St. Henry varsity starters were Freshman and Sophomores. They either didn't play in the JV game or played minimally after playing on a Friday night. The depth of this program is starting to show. Tonight is going to be a beat down, and go ahead and enjoy.

I stand corrected, that is true. Wasn't trying to imply anything-I hope they can fit this in before end of season.

Was very curious how the JV game would play out considering Beechwood's JV QB was at St. Henry last year but knew he wasn't the QB of the future, but Beechwood cancelled. St. Henry is super solid in classes 9 and 10, and have maybe their best class coming in next year. I hope they reschedule this game so St. Henry can see where they are as a program. Their Varsity team is mainly sophomores so we will see how they do over the next couple of years. The Varsity game will be ugly this year as it will be with anyone in that district.

The current 8th Grade team for CCH is the class that you are thinking of.

For CCH, hopefully Brandon Smith will be back.

CCH won the JV game easily today.

NCC was either not showing much on offense, or may not have anything on offense. In a scrimmage where each team on Varsity got the ball for 10 plays at a time with 40 yards to go, NCC didn’t score a point on St. Henry after 3 possessions. St. Henry was in their backfield quite a bit. St. Henry didn’t score either, but I am sure they are chalking this up as a mini-victory because last year NCC runs over them.

This game will get ugly early. But, St. Henry starts 7 Freshman including both quarterbacks who are currently rotating time. They are 5-0 in JV with most of the running clock variety so they should be a solid opponent in a couple of years.

The Cru won the JV 35-6, improving to 4-0.

CCH won the JV 24-0, completing the sweep.

That is true. Brossart only suited up 15 because that is the total number of Freshman and Sophomores they have. It rained for most of the game. They play again this Saturday, so let's see if Brossart has anything in the pipeline.

This CCH Frosh team will play better. I wish Smith played because he is a game-changer on both sides. One HHS touchdown comes on a tipped pass on 3rd and long, and then 2 very bad INT’s by Hull gave them short fields for easy scores. CCH also hiked the ball over the punter’s head for a safety. I hope these two meet up again in the finals.

This should be a great game. Colonels by 3.

JV game was 30-7 CovCath.

The CRU will get better. 5 Freshman and many Sophomores start. Going to take a little time.

Their 2 studs went to Highlands.

I am not sure that this game should keep being scheduled. No benefit to either team.
