Paris sits at 3-2 on the season, they are coming off a bye week and will now be heading on its 4th road trip of the season. 
They will be traveling to take on 4-1 Bishop Brossart Mustangs. The Mustangs lost there first game of the season two weeks ago against Lloyd Memorial 44-16. So both teams got to rest up last week and get kids healthy for the push run down the stretch.

Who wins this 1A matchup? Does Paris get road win #2? Does Bishop Brossart shock 1A and take out the Greyhounds?

I think Paris gets back on course and wins this game. Paris has several kids on offense capable of taking it to the house on any given play! I’ll take Paris

This. Brossart has only played one decent team.

Past performances say to expect the unexpected when these two teams hook up.

Following the Mud Bowl game in 2021 where we prevailed 15-6, we then hosted the Greyhounds at the MAC in the Post-Season where we were heavily favored to beat the Hounds on the dry surface.  We were very lucky to win.  Only a miraculous stop by Evan Orth and Jed Martin on a 2-Point conversion attempt allowed the Mustangs to survive 14-12. 

Two years ago Paris came to the MAC as heavy favorites to win the district with a win over our Mustangs.   However, we laid a 38-13 wallop on them to spoil their Clinch Party.  Last year, we fell behind early in Paris, and never recovered, sustaining a 41-3 drubbing.  The Mustangs lead our all-time series 7-4.

Paris appears to be superior on paper, but I will not be surprised if our guys are up to the challenge at home.
