I am pretty sure that everywhere along Longbranch Rd. was Ryle district prior to Cooper being built. I had some friends who lived a stone's throw from the new school and they all went to Ryle.
I see no end in sight for the broadcasts. They seem to enjoy what they are doing, and I know myself and and many others enjoy being able to listen to all the games from out of town.
To Kill A Mockingbird has become my favorite book. Loved it in 8th grade, but appreciated it much more reading it again in college.
Also a big fan of The Great Gatsby and Slaughterhouse Five, both read in high school.
The Cards didn't exactly play crisply either. Both fumbles led to very very easy WVU touchdowns. As others have said, numerous dropped passes. Trent Guy pulling a Buckner. Sloppy play by both sides, hard to say one was trying to give it to the other.
Jurich's twin daughters just committed to U of L for field hockey. They are juniors. Said a major factor in their decision was playing for the school their dad worked for.
Yes, I realize this does not mean Tom will necessarily be staying in town, but thought it was an interesting tidbit.
