I worked in Paducah often and the WKY parkway is the most boring road in the country. Was a supplier to the old Wagner Candy Company on Joe Clifton Drive and always stayed at the Executive Inn on the river. Thought the "Duke" and "Duchess" of Paducah was awesome. Do they even still do that?

Last year Boyle County 41 Covington Catholic 0 Boyle had their studs back Covington Catholic didn't Rematch won by Covington Catholic. Wouldn't recommend this comparision.

I don't believe Franklin County has ever won a title and their players want to go down as the first Flyer team ever to win it. I'm know they want it just as bad or more than Paducah Tilghman does. I'm thinking that Paducah Tilghman's offense will score more points than Franklin County's can. I'm picking the Tornados to take the title back to Western Kentucky as long as they play discipline and hold on to the ball. We will know for sure in less than 72 hours. Good luck to both teams!

I'm really pulling for Union County but feeling that of the 6 games this is the game that I am the most sure of on my picks with a CAL victory. Massey has Union with a 4% chance of winning.

Hager played behind Soph. Seneca Driver, while Turner was Jr. Baylor Murphy's backup. I'm hearing Hager was for basketball and decided on GRC. Turner has enrolled at CAL. Goodluck on both players and hope everything works out for them.

Currently this is the hardest time to diet with the Holidays. To the ones trying to lose weight for 2024 I say these 2 months (November and December) just try to maintain weight and not worry about losing and go at it hard on January 1, 2025. Keep fighting it can be done but you GOT TO WANT IT! I've battled with my weight my entire life. January 1, 2010 I decided to change my life as I was 310 pounds with severe asthma. I went on my own version of the Atkins Diet and lost over 100 pounds the 2010 year. 2011 I continued on and lost another 25 pounds. I started exercising and running and can say it saved my life. Today I've ran over 8,000 miles the past 10 years and ran over 50 half and full marathons now at the age of 60. My asthma is a non issue any longer. I will say keeping the weight off is 10X's harder than losing the weight. If you want it bad enough it can be done with no operations, weekly shots, or pills. Just hard work! I'm no expert and done this all on my own. If anyone ever needs to talk, I will gladly help anyone anyway I can.

I'll be rooting for Covington Catholic. I was very impressed with the toughness, heart, and sportsmanship their players had last week. Don't take your foot off the gas the main goal is 2 more wins.

It just started a light mist. Just enough to make this miserable for the fans. Sure the players will love it. Boyle just finished their weekly walk the field, shirtless. I have thermo socks, bibs, hoodie, jacket, beanie, heavy jacket, gloves, and hand warmers.
