One3 Massey ratings has it Beechwood 35 Owensboro Catholic 34. I think the T94 Ratings are right on this one though. 2-3 TDs OC

Oddly, Massey has OC 15th and Beechwood 19th in rankings but has Beechwood winning by 1. ?‍♂️

Franklin County being picked by all three is surprising.

If you were at the 5A championship game last year (BG vs Cooper)…

I know it was a monsoon and Cooper had some costly turnovers

but….

it just seemed BG was bigger, stronger, faster.

Computers and rankings don't mean a whole lot when it comes down to it. I don't know anybody at Cooper that would say Cooper is a STRONG favorite. This game is going to come down to turnovers, defense, and containing the QBs. The team that does those better, wins.

Last year Boyle County 41 Covington Catholic 0

Boyle had their studs back

Covington Catholic didn't

Rematch won by Covington Catholic.  Wouldn't recommend this comparision.
