Watching him play some safety...I think he'd be fantastic there at the next level. As explosive as he is at RB....watching him come downhill and tackle is a thing to behold.

2026 Jags will look to replace some pretty substantial pieces of their team from the 2025 version. Key returning players include WR/LB Corey Freihofer, OL/DL Carson Clark, and OL/DL Scotty Lozier. Departing are 22 seniors which include the all-time leading passer and all time leading rusher for the program as well as some very talented offensive and defensive players that helped lead the way for the Jags in these last three seasons. I have not seen an updated schedule for the 2026 season. Last I heard, Anderson was dropped off the schedule creating an opening for week 1.

Most teams are finalizing their weeks of prep this morning before families get together for their get togethers. What does your program do to bring families together during this day? The last two years, Cooper invited families to come get coffee and breakfast and watch practice while the team does their walk-throughs. How does your team do it? Excited to watch this rematch. I'm sure woodford will have guys covering the 1 man routes for SC and not allow them to complete 9 of 10 for 300+ like Cooper did. As effective as both offenses are, the defense that adjusts the best will determine the winner here. I think Woodford will have to pass the ball in order to open up the run, and SC will be the opposite. Either way, I think the winner of this game will hoist the hardware in Lexington. Anderson had a pick 6, a punt return for a td, a qb draw for 50+ an un touched td, and a wheel route completed for a 60+ yard catch and run td. Big plays killed the lancers last night, but that's what Anderson does. Anderson didn't score in the 2nd half. The game was 35-7 with a minute to go in the 2nd qtr. Kudos to Lasalle for battling back.

You must remember something else. The game started with officials running guys from both teams off due to kneepads not covering knees. Cooper forced a fumble on the 1st play from scrimmage. In the 3rd quarter of the game Scott Co chain guy was removed from the field by a Police Officer due to him saying something to an official because Cooper was winning by at least 3 scores by that point. Then not long after that, cooper had a kickoff from the Scott County 35 yardline thanks to all of the unsportsmanlike penalties on the players and coaches after a Cooper TD. It wasn't both sides. It was most definitely 1 side.

Ryle is definitely getting "lucky" on Friday. Their opponent won't be anywhere "neer" them on the scoreboard. Raiders by 30+.
