Who would have ever thought Boyle County’s #64 would coach his football team 10 years later to a 6A State Championship! Congratulations Keegan!

What a high school ballgame! Shame one team had to lose but not going to complain at the results. 11 State Championships and 2 State runner-ups in 24 seasons from a small county high school. Haddix goes 14-0 in first 3 seasons at Boyle with 3 Titles. Congratulations to this Senior class. 4 straight appearances. It's a good time to be a Rebel. Tommy Ziesmer went out with a BANG on his last high school football game. Had a sack, blocked kick, and he wasn't going to be denied on his touchdown run. Boyle County became a different team when Hardwick came back from injury. Haddix installed the we gonna run it and dare you to stop us attitude. With Andrew and offensive line they became a time consuming machine with their blocking. Dawson had his best game of the season. When Boyle had a holding penalty and was backed up with a 2nd. and 21 his QB draw was huge with a 20 yard run! All his runs where big. 100+ yards rushing. Bodner was blue collar man last night. Hard runs and almost never goes down on the first contact. Always fighting for extra yards. Well deserving of game MVP! I could go on and on and on. Unbelievable year and Congratulations to this years 2022 Class 4A State Champions Boyle County Rebels. Enjoy this and next month let's get ready for 2023. With Dawson, Bodner, Quisenberry, Driver, and Kelly back the future continues to be bright!

I would think Bowling Green. They are playing some really good ball now and IMO a lot better team than earlier in the year when we played them.
