Ryle 70 SK 13

Against Ryle Hatfield didn't play QB much. He is a difference maker with the ball in his hand(mostly running). Against Cooper they moved the ball better than most on the ground.

Conner coaching staff does a really nice job of scheming their opponents.

Lex Cath's brutal schedule in the first 6 games has no doubt prepared them for their district play. Teams will look like they're in slow motion compared to what they've seen already this year. I expect Lex Cath to win this game going away.

SK allows 40 points per game. While I agree that CC doesn't have the offensive firepower that most of the teams on SK's schedule to this point have, I don't think SK keeps CC under 28. I do think SK wins, but I'm thinking its a 42-30 type of game.

Pretty sure it goes to RPI after round 2.

2 platoon is great when teams share playmakers. When the offense gets all the playmakers, this is what you get. IMO, if SK wants to make a run, they gotta start putting the best 11 on the field.

No issues from Conner at Cooper last week that I know of.

IDK what happened to the defense in the Conner game, but if SK plays defense tonight like they did in that game, GC is gonna score at will.

The good news for you, SK gets a chance to beat Ryle, Great Crossing, and Campbell County. Having seen all three of these teams and SK, I'd say SK has a decent shot against one of those three. Good luck in district play.

Real life SK lost by 30 to Conner who has a rating of 70. Seems a 51 is more than appropriate.

Anybody that watched the rules clinic (which is supposed to be anyone that coaches) knows that the knee pad thing is a big deal this year. They showed numerous examples on the video. The head of officials was at the Scott Co vs Cooper Playoff game last year that saw no less than 4 players from each team sent off the field for improper uniform. I believe this point of emphasis is a result of that game being the straw that broke the camels back.

South Oldham with a bold strategy. Drive down the field and score, add a 2pt, take 7.5 minutes off the clock only to turn around and give Wofo the ball at the 50 with an onside kick. Smh. Give wofo a short field and they score in 5 plays.

Another WOFO int thrown. South takes over on WOFO 39.

I don't know the details, just that they've had a few kids out since CAL.

Unfortunately I don't believe the Raiders are going to be full strength Friday. Miracles do happen, so hopefully everybody will be healthy and able.

It'll all work out in the end. You all may have to go on the road a time or two, but good teams win wherever the games are played. Cooper beat #9 from RPI last week and went down 0.03 RPI points because Bardstown lost, Great Crossing lost, and Ryle was on a bye.

This was Litmer's best game of the season IMO. Missed a couple throws, but he didn't make any big mistakes. I thought he played very well. Great hustle play from Surrey at the end of the first half. Definitely could have and should have been Cooper +14 at halftime.

Hurricane coming up from the gulf could have something to say about this Friday.

Only played 1 team with a winning record and lost by 30+.

I wonder if those Ryle people that think they should have won that game acknowledge that it was 2 dropped passes in the endzone away from being 28-0 Cooper at half. Yardage at half was something like 50-200+ advantage Cooper. Rivalry games are weird like that. That's why they're fun.
