No way Mayfield would beat Logan County they are probably the best team Tilghman has played this year!

Astro Domino I don’t know what your beef is with the Tilghman coaching staff but you have no right to get on this thread and run a good coaching staff through the mud.

Agree when you have 8 new starters on offense and 9 on defense it takes time for the chemistry to come together.

There are probably 5 maybe 6 teams that could win it all in 4A.Just going to be huge for the 2 teams that have home field advantage at the end of the of the regular season.

It will be interesting to see how the first RPI of the season ranks the top four teams in class 4A?

Going to be a tuff year for the largest school in the first region.

Not as good as last year’s defense but they only had 2 defensive starters back so it will take them time.

I don’t know how you can say that when Madisonville came into the game averaging around 56 points a game and their running back averaging over 200 yards a game and Tilghman held them to 25 and the running back only rushed for 91 yards.

Give Madisonville credit they controlled they clock and kept Tilghman’s high powered offense off the field.They are better then I thought.

Yes but the first two games Tilghman played was not the level of competition that Mayfield is.

I would say Mayfield is better then Madisonville.Mayfield just caught Tilghman on a night they where they were hitting on all cylinders on offense.

Mayfield by 3 or more touchdowns.The Mustangs were supposed to be vastly improved from last year but haven’t shown it yet.Their only win was against a weak Clarksville Northeast team.

McCracken was supposed to be much improved.So far they haven’t shown it.

A little surprised Jimmy Mooney from PT and the Williams kid from Mayfield didn’t get any recognition from the voters.
