Brady Clark of Bardstown is steadily improving his numbers and climbing to the top of the stat leaderboard. Also, he has helped out on defense which definitely helps on that side of the ball. With Bardstown staying undefeated and 2 games left against 5A schools, they will need two quality wins to move up in the RPI ranking to 1 or 2. There is no doubt that with Brady's experience, he can lead his team to high levels of play.

Changes in RPI rankings changed last week and more than likely will change again in the next two weeks. Bardstown plays two 5A schools the next two weeks. Looking for one of the top two spots. I think people are sleeping on Bardstown despite their ranking. As you know, all that matters is the outcome of the next game. One at a time. Good Luck to the Tigers!!!

What a great year Bullitt East is having. Male is up next. Only one or two teams have shown that they can play with Male. BE will have to face them again in the second round of Districts and who knows what can happen any given night. After this week, Coach Atchley will know how to prepare more for that District matchup. East Pride!!!

On any given night, anything can happen. Yes CAL looks like the better team at the moment. But no way you count out Bardstown and Glasgow at this time. I am a coach and I have seen it happen so many times when the underdog rises up to the challenge and upset or beat the favored opponent. When a team prepares properly, then the outcome of the game will be determined by the one who executes the best. I do not know much about Glasgow, except for reading their stats. Bardstown I have seen and they have some weapons. The last two rounds of the playoffs should provide some very good games. To me, it is up in the air but I am giving the edge to the BHS Tigers. The experience of QB Brady Clark will be the difference.

There is no doubt that Brady should be in the conversation and one of the finalists for the award. First, he is an Awesome student athlete in every way. He is the face of Bardstown HS. On the field, he is one outstanding QB. His throws are very accurate and he can put it where he wants to. He is a strong runner as well. And he helps out on the defensive side of the ball. His leadership on and off the field is tremendous. The numbers speak for themselves. Bardstown will make a strong run for the 3A State Championship with Brady Clark running the show. Keep up the great work Brady!!!

No doubt he is an Awesome QB with so much to offer. Places the ball in the air where it needs to be. Also a strong running presence. And even helps on Defense sometimes. Look for continued success as the season progresses. Most definitely he is a student with High Character. His leadership is fantastic. His enthusiasm to play the game is great. His calmness on the field is fantastic. His grades are top notch. His community service is outstanding. Not perfect but the type of player any coach would want to coach. I know his Dad enjoys being his coach. Time for college coaches to pay attention to the whole body of work on Brady. Would look good in a WKU uniform!!!! Keep up the great work Brady!!!

Bardstown now at the top. Challenge is to stay there and continue to show improvement where needed. Love how the team is playing. Got some real playmakers on Offense - Brady Clark, TJ Greenwell, Tyleeq Washington, Yared Raley and Shannon Tongue all are big play threats. On the defensive side of the ball the Tigers are very solid. Held Etown to 1 of 7 on 4th down attempts last week. Strong special teams. Coach Clark doing a great job once again. Keep it going Tigers!!! ALL Gas NO Brakes!!!

Yes a very solid win for the Tigers. Glad you brought up Ty-Ty's name. That kid is one heck of a football player. He most definitely does not allow his size to dictate his play. Quick on his feet, shifty. fast, tough nosed are words I think of when he is on offense. On defense, he has no fear despite his size. The kid plays with an aggressive attitude and most definitely is a major factor on both sides of the ball. One heck of a tackler. After reading your post, I totally agree. The Best 5'4 player in the State. College coaches need to take time to check him out. You will be impressed. He is One of the weapons that opponents have to prepare for when playing Bardstown. GREAT JOB TY-TY!!!!!

It was a very entertaining game. Both sides played extremely hard. You are correct - this type of game has to be beneficial for both teams. Strand is a workhorse and most teams will have trouble slowing him down. Bardstown has some really talented players, especially on offense. Gotta keep working to slow down the rushing game. Look forward to seeing how both teams perform throughout the season and into the playoffs.
