Playoff Bracket

Does anyone have a copy or can lead to a copy of the playoff brackets.  Including which districts would be placed where. Would it match last years placement of teams?  Thanks alot.

1st two rounds play same teams in your district. 3rd round is basically separated by East & West and seeded by RPI. 4th round is teams that are left and seeded by RPI. For Championship the home team is lowest seed team.

I don't like that first 2 rounds are within your district. I like how it was prior, cross district. I know they have 1 more year of this and then will re-evaluate.

I don’t think it’s a reevaluation. They’ve already agreed to change it. For some reason the board said they would change but not until 2023. @ChiefSmoke probably has more details/explanation for the delay in implementation.

I think you said it exactly right. Was disappointed for the delay when the numbers were overwhelming, coaches & administrators, to make the change.

It was a classic KHSAA move. They jammed it right on through when they implemented it several years ago. None of this waiting period stuff. Voted it in, boom, done. No time to adjust schedules or anything like that.
