I remember when I first moved here to KY. I use to hear a lot about PRP as one heck of a HS team. Is that still the word out there in Louisville Metro area?

QB for LC is back this season. The only thing I can say about LC is that they know how to win close games. 24-21 Ryle with a late defensive stop as Ryle was going in. 38-36 vs Pulaski Co after PC scored and pulled ahead 36-35, but PC left too much time on the clock and drove for a game winning 47 yard FG w/4 sec left.

Mad Central or Pulaski Co... 2 great program that BC will sure love to play and vice versa.

BC should move forward and find another opponent ie. Madison Central or I heard Pulaski Co cause their opponent Lincoln Co might still be trying to get healthy.

I agree with all of what you said... but you gotta understand we are talking about BC, a gold standard in 4A along with Central, Corbin and JC. With Boyle's experience coaching staff, they will coach up their players and be ready for the grind of the season. Will they win district or Lex Catholic? Too early to say and that game is not till October 8th, so I am sure both teams, along with Bourbon Co and Anderson Co will improve.

Coach Mike, with your beef up front... pound the rock, Ryle wins if they run the ball.

It's going to be packed. better call LMPD or safety officers to control the traffic flow. Neighborhood folks will be calling for people parking in their lawn lol. I pick St. X in a close one 17-14.

I looked up Lexington Catholic's schedule and was WOWed. They are playing possibly 4 state champion contenders (Pulaski, Cov Cath, Boyle Co and LCA) not to mentioned a tough 6A PRP and Ryle. No rest for the weary for those boys on Clays Mill.

Between Lexington Lafayette and Tates Creek HS, I don't see those program winning too many games between them these next few season.

If BC can stop X, who will be used at numerous position then BC wins big. If not, it will be close... Close enough that LCA might pull the upset.

The poll is a little lopsided lol, but IMO this game will be a lot closer than some would think.

I'm pretty vocal about this, and I'll say it again. NO re-do student- athletes should be eligible to get any post season accolated (ie. all- district, all- region, all- city, all- state) NOTHING.

#Sacrifice 6am practice, film and or lift after school and go home early like 4ish instead of 630pm.

I watched Ryle in person last week and actually did not look bad considering it is the 1st game of the season. They need to clean up those 'yellow flag" issue tho. I saw 3 or 4 plays in a row that they were flagged. They ran the ball well, 2 lucky tip for TD, defense played solid holding the high scoring Lex Catholic to only 24, but like I said it was the 1st game for both.

This might or should I say will get ugly real fast.

There are a couple of post on the other forum that JC has a few student- athletes that are sick/ quarantined and that this game "could' be in jeopardy of not being played. Anyone heard different?

Respectfully to the few good programs in this class, 3A is by far the weakest class in this last reclassification. They need to consolidate some 4A to 3A and 3A to 4A to balance out both class. Just my opinion.
