From all the information I have received is Jefferson is no longer a member of the team. He was given some things he had to do to remain on the team and chose to not do them. I would say he is now a free agent!

Is it a KHSAA violation for playing a school that is not sanctioned it their on state association?

With the new resident rule you can go to any out of county school and carry your state daily money with you, there could be several around the state that could go to the next county if they are not happy where they are?

Both teams are down and it will take a coach to rebuild from the ground up. Not much coming back at each school. Coach at Hoptown is ready to retire as soon as he gets win 300 and the coach at Christian has very little experience and was a shock when he got the job One of his friends was on the search committee and pushed for him. It will have to be a young energetic person that knows how to build a winner? Not many out there?

Word out is several big time Coaches have inquired about this position. Mark Clark, Mike Rogers and Josh Jaggers are the names going around in this area. Todd Adler is also high on the list. Would Clay Clevenger want to make a move? Brandon Smith would be a great hire. This will be a great job when it opens up!

I would love to see you get these guys fired! Then you parents can sign up and referee. You probably would be a great one to call these games! khsaa.org/officials this is where you can sign up!!!!! Looking to see you calling your sons games in the future!

I have seen this happen many times in pro and college, you need to make sure all officials have the same call and the options you have. They did make a couple of mistakes but from an observer it was a well called high school game. If anyone nor you can do better I am sure they can find a spot for you?

Mayfield never rebuilds they just reload. Middle school kids do the same thing and run the same plays the high school team does. This is the way to run a program
