I have seen nothing from Highlands that would make me believe the outcome of this game will be any different than the 1st game.

I heard Campbell County had some Covid issues but it's hearsay.

Someone on the team tested positive. The school is going to NTI until Thanksgiving. Not sure if the whole team is going into quarantine but some of the players are. I believe the player was a freshman from what I heard. If I find out anything more I'll post it.

When I was young growing up in NKY and watched my older brothers, cousins and family friends take a beat down every year from the same team I dreamed of my time to avenge them. I only got my revenge one time in my 4 years but it was sweet. Now is the time for NKY to get their revenge for years of beat downs and being looked at like 2nd class teams. The dislike for the "Birds" runs deep in Campbell County and they won't forget it this weekend.

Maybe but I don't know if that means anything right now. There's blood in the water and everyone wants to take a bite especially the Camels.

I'm going with Campbell County. Highlands isn't beating anyone right now.

They are good for a single A team. They'll win a playoff game or so but that's it. They are the best single A team in Northern KY for sure.

They look that good. They had CCH on the ropes in that game so that tells you something.

Somerset turned the ball over 4 times that I saw in the game thread. I know two of those turnovers were returned for scores.

NCC no match for the Tigers at all no contest.

I think the Tigers win but running clock? No. NCC has pretty good team speed and will be able to keep it respectable. I say 21-7.

Since the Friday night game was a blow out a lot of JV players got more playing time and didn't play today. Not hard to figure out really. It's a JV game does anyone really care about it beside the guys who play in it and their parents?

Did Schadler get injured in the game? Didn't see him in the 2nd half and they needed him badly. Leicht is going to get too banged up if they keep using him to run on every play like they did last night.

Well I was wrong about them not trying to pass and boy am I glad about it.

New Cath is not the passing team they were last year and won't try to be this year at all. They will run the ball play good D and put in some timely passes here and there. They'll win their share of games this year and are the best single A team in NKY this year. They are a year or two away from challenging for a state title again. The freshman class this year and kids coming in next year have some really good athletes in them. The offense took a hit loosing Akerson leaving Runyan to carry the load. Hopefully someone else can step in and help carry the load this year.

He had knee surgery. I assume he's done for the season.

Looks like losing Ackerson has the NCC offense sputtering a bit. Hopefully someone steps up to fill his shoes for the rest of the season.

I really want to see Brossart win this one but I don't think it's happening. HC wideouts I think will be too much for the Mustangs to handle. Brossart just doesn't have the speed on D to keep up. HC wins by 2 TDs.
