Brossart 3 Boone 0 1st game Brossart 2 Willamstown 0 2nd game. They will have their hands full next Saturday.

Calvary's lower field maybe the smallest field I have seen a HS game played on. They definitely use it to their advantage an are a tough team to beat at home.

Girls practice after school but the Boys practice at the same time. Just pulling your chain btw.

Brossart's first Futbol team practices there as well. I can't believe you would let that slip your mind.

Congrats Mustangs. I'm sure glad I went to the game and didn't rely on Footstomp to keep us posted. He's still my BFF.

It would have been nice if Brossart could have pulled the upset.

Smallwood is a excellent player but the Mustangs backs applied enough pressure that night and really had him flustered along with the rest of the CC team. The Brossart CC game is always a battle an at the end of the night there is always 1 team that ends up really flustered. I hope they can bring the same intensity when they play Highlands cause they will need it. Best of Luck to the Bluebirds the rest of the season.

CC did not play 9 behind the ball against Brossart. With each game you hope to get better an apparently CC did, atleast last night they did.

Harrison Co possessed the ball from back to front better than the Lady Stangs did, at least in the first half. Brossart played a much better 2nd half but its hard to dig out of a 2 goal 1st half deficit. This was only Brossarts 2nd game so far this season so hopefully they can adjust and move forward. Congrats to Harrison Co I enjoyed watching them move the ball around the field.

What did you do Footstomp?

The midfield was definitely stronger.

Unfortunately the Mustangs did not come with the same fight they had Tuesday against Campbell Co. Regroup and move on.

I know the school my children attend stick to the rules during practice and games. During practice the 7/8th graders can participate in conditioning or drills as one team. Scrimmages or games they can not if the the opposing team have jrs or above. Our coaches have had discussions days prior to these games and we had no issues in the 5 yrs or so that they have played.

The Green team will be the Jv team with frosh & soph. The jv team at BG will be the freshman team 8th graders and a few frosh. The White team will be the varsity. The future looks good with 49 girls in the program.

Russell was a fun team to watch during this game an I was happy to see my Lady Stangs compete with a quality team. The future is bright for Brossart with this team being made up of Frosh & Sophmores. Best of luck to both teams this year.

My son played against Fleek several times during Jr. High and he was always the best player on the court. He will be a force to be reckoned with the next 2 yrs.
