End of the day high school sports are about having fun. If the kid wants to wear gold cleats let him be.

Football technically isn't in season, but we all know football is a year round sport to any serious school.

I know that baseball teams don't let their players go on spring break, but do you think football coaches should be able to do the same. Spring Break is a good time for high school athletes to make awful decisions that could end up hurting a program. Thoughts??
