Should be close one, I'll go with Newport in a close battle to make it to NKU.

I like the current set up, But if it was to go to a Super Regional instead of how it currently is I'm all in on your idea of how it would go.

I'm predicting Newport pulls out a close one against Highlands after a loss to them in the Regular Season, Newport & NCC go to the 9th Region Tourney.

I think HC beats Beechwood again, and despite currently being 8 games below .500 I think they come out of the 35th with CovCath for the second year in a row.

I'm going Conner and Cooper in the Finals.

Dixie is definitly a top 3 or 4 Frosh team in NKY, Cov Cath is just VERY good, at all levels really.

They lost to Beechwood twice and Cov Cath once. I guess people meant they lost to 2 teams.

Unless Highlands can pull off 27 point comeback after half, it's looking like we'll have a Dixie/CovCath NKY Frosh & JV Championship game, also with both teams being top 3 in the 9th it wouldn't be a surprise to see them face off for the 9th Region crown also.

I was told Dixie defeated Boone by 30+ to advance to the Championhip.

Any updates for Boone/Dixie game?

That's Chino Hills' offense. run it all game, cherry picking, and they shoot a lot of 3's. Hard to like, but it works for them, Only 1 loss in the last 2 seasons. They have like 4 D1 guys on their roster also, 5 last season with Lonzo Ball.

Lloyd & NCC tonight for the 9th All A.

It's going to be a very different feel going to a Holmes game, for me atleast, I'm so used to the old field, it's going to be almost weird to see new and clean turf out there, instead of the grass/durt field. It's great to see Holmes getting the turf tho, the baseball field looks great, now the football field can too.

Has Covington Catholic, Dixie Heights, and Highlands found a 10th game for their 2017/2018 schedules? Since Grant County has dropped out of the district.

People complaining about teams running up the score has to be one of the things that bothers me most about high school sports. It's soft. But I will say, is it worth it to keep in your 1's and risk injury in a blowout? Even if the oppenent keeps their ones in? I'd just say keep my 1's in until the 4th no matter how big you're up and let your back ups play the 4th when there's no chance of coming back for the other team.

Hoping Beechwood brings home the Title for NKY, only School playing for the Title this season.
