I would say most the rushing yard came when beechwood was in it prevent defense it 41-14 . Lloyd couldn't run the ball till 4th qt

Lloyd didn't even come close to slowing down Stringer and Slusher..

Last year senior class was better then this year class. Didn't have the big name. But Quality of depth of last year senior class hard to match.

2A district not much better outside of NCC Lloyd , Newport ,Holy Cross. At least the starter would play half game.

Next 4 games are going to over by the 1st quarter. Good for jv kids .

Then why did Lloyd coach go for it own 30 yard line ? He knew he was beat.Goal line stand was a bad play call on Bw. 4 and 1 with Stringer and Slusher in the backfield and you dont give them ball?? Maybe Lloyd will hang another banner on their gym on being average.

Lloyd running game was shut down till 41-14. Beechwood went into prevent defense that when they got their rushing yard. . 4th and 1yd call coach knew his defense couldn't stop Beechwood O.

Sure Grant Co watch film of the Beechwood game saw how they took #5 out of the game . Lloyd young qb kept throwing into double and triple covers . He never look off once primary receiver. Lloyd must develop the running game.

Beechwood does not have the depth that they had last year. Their DBs are small. Cottingham did not play last night, which hurt them a little. Stringer played safety a couple of defensive series. Fieger even played one play on defense.

Lloyd not going to challenge NCC this year. Lloyd could not run ball on Beechwood. Beechwood control the line of scrimmage. When Stringer was at safety they took #5 out the game. Juggs #5 is stud. NCC and Holy Cross will take him out the game like Beechwood did . Holy Cross look a little better then Lloyd so far
