Danville is playing really good on both sides of the ball. Multiple playmakers on offense. Stingy defense. A really fun game to watch would be Danville and Owensboro Catholic.

I haven't followed much of the action out West, but it looks like Mayfield is the team to beat out there. I'm excited about a Danville-NCC semi-final. Danville hasn't won a regional title since 2010 and just finished up its best regular season record since 2006. What makes me nervous is that the semi-final game would be in Newport, but it'd be awesome for Danville to get back to the state title game in Clevenger's third season.

I'm just glad that Danville finally is back in the conversation. Clevenger has done a great job in just three years.
