Why is there always one or two people who won't let it be when someone has an excellent season feel good if not but for a minute. Let the boys who were actually playing the game have their moment.

I think Central's defense will keep them in the game and the offense will be enough to carry them to a close victory.

Central Hardin goes back in action tonight coming off a bye week. The Bruins are on a 3 game losing streak. Can they turn it around tonight or is Collins offense enough to make it a 4 game losing streak?

I'm not sure what was wrong with Central but it was the worst they have played all season. No flow on offense at all and defense was back on their heels the whole first half. Hobbs has a nice arm and has progressed alot with the experience he gotten this season. He did take a pretty big hit in the first half that knocked his helmet off. Barbour was banged and bruised up after South Warren which focused their defense on him and he took some big hits that night and John was focused on him as well and he got the wood layed to him a couple then. Nice win for John. Get rid of the silly penalties and they can make a run. They have the talent.

My bad I guess I misunderstood the info that was posted cause I thought it was showing they could meet for the championship. I stay with it being whichever one of them advances to the championship will win it no matter who they are playing.

No disrespect taken. It may be a running clock in the first half. No one is trying to take anything away from Bowling Green. In my opinion as I stated earlier they are in the top 3 teams in the state maybe the best team. As far as John Hardin letting Central hang around, I've been to every Central game this year and that was the worst I have seen them play. John made stupid penalties yes but lets not forget that they never scored a point in the second half. John Hardin was not a dominating team minus the penalties. Good luck to John Hardin the rest of the year hope they win out.

No I didn't mean to sound like I though BG was classless or implying it would be a running clock was classless. I meant the opposite BG has always been classy when I was around them and I think that's the best part of being a good program. I've been to some games where that they did not handle being good with any class and that just pushes the wrong buttons on me. I expect the 2nd string players to go hard how else will they ever move up to first string or get any varsity experience. I thought the BG team last year was very good and it worries me this one is better and we are not as good as we were last year. Hope no one has any injuries and yes I wanna beat North Hardin also. I know I'm the only one to vote for Central on this poll so far and will probably be the only one at the end of the poll but in life I've learned you'll never do anything unless you to try to believe its possible and give it your all. Laying down and accepting defeat is not an option no matter how high that mountain looks. I choose to be a Bruin fan they don't choose me. I show up to every game I can to support them win or lose. My sons went to Central and both played football. My youngest son graduated 5 years ago and I went then and believed the same. My oldest son graduated 9 years and I went then and believed the same. Nowhere I'd rather be on Friday night win or lose and I love winning but I love the team more and cheering for them. Bowling Green has an excellent program and should be proud of all their accomplishments. Hats off to the Purples. They are one of the top 3 teams in the state. Just always remember to be classy in winning.

Thank you for this reply because I don't have inside knowledge into the staff or the situation. I'm just saying I didn't see all the blatant disrespect that I'm now seeing when Mark Brown was the man. To the eye it looks tolerated and in no way frowned upon. He even got an unsportsmanlike penalty himself during the Central game which adds fuel to the players fire in my opinion. If a player runs some extra gassers or is suspended for a quarter or a game it gets their attention very quickly and they can learn what is acceptable.

Mark Brown ain't walking thru John Hardins doors to coach again and with that said Coach Lewis is a fine coach. The main difference I see is Mark Brown would not have tolerated these penalties and all the thug actions that these players are trying to pull off. Mark Brown would have nipped it in the bud. He did not put up with all this crap. Coach Lewis would serve the team well to reflect on how Coach Brown would've handled this. If he's forgot then Coach Brown is only a phone call away.

For what its worth it was stated on here last week that Litten and Namvong were gonna be out hurt but they made it out on the field and played the whole game???? They did not appear to be hampered too bad.

South's defense is too strong for North. I know North has speed but South has speed also with discipline. South has some key players injured but some will be back. South by 2 td's.
