I will say it again "You didn't have 300 yards offense" you didn't do anything while Litten was in the game in the 2nd half. FS defense did its job. It takes a TEAM to win big games. I thought the backup did good for what he had to work with. Your O line didn't give him time to do much.

Spin, Litten went out at the beginning of the 4th and you hadn't moved it in the 3rd. So, you didn't move it in the 4th when Litten went out. NOTHING CHANGED!! He's a great athlete but y'all got beat not because he went out, but because Franklin made plays when they needed to. Turnovers were caused by a GREAT defense also. You only had 287 yards for the game. I hope we can all get together and do it again in November at FS Field.

@Purple88 in one of your earlier post you said "SW will have to make them pass". SW made them pass and paid for it. When do you think FS gets the credit it deserves? From the looks of this post they are still the Rodney Dangerfield of the 4a.

Spin, I watched the same game and neither team could say they dominated at any part. Good hard fought game by both. SW didn't move the ball in the second half w/Litten in there and when he went out nothing changed. I'm not taking anything away from Litten, he's a difference maker and I hope he's better soon. Both teams are great and I fully expect to see them in the end.

@Tommy2tone... What makes FS number one over JC and others? I would agree with your ranking. I think FS offense is explosive with Brady and Robey and their Defense is equally explosive.

FS wins 24-7. FS defensive line will dominate, the linebackers stop the middle and the ends will contain. FS has a great offense with great running backs, but the defense will be the difference. Call me crazy, but I really like what I see from this FS team. I'm not taking anything away from a great SW team, but I think this is FS year.

Both teams have great coaches that's for sure. I hope your boys get healthy.

WOW Spin! Who is the 10th one out? Do you think CJ will be back in time for Franklin. I know that's where he's from and I'm sure he wants to play against them. Any news? I hope they are all healthy for the Franklin game.

Spin! Now you have been drinking the koolaid. SW are the kings of 4A until they are out and aren't playing anymore. The title goes through you guys. You guys gimpy and all just beat a really good CH team at their house. CJ will return this week and if not this week definitely next week. He's not going to let his hometown down. I really hope that you guys get healthy and when y'all and FS meet next Friday for a great HS football game. BTW... You guys will be favored every game from here on out.

88: I was fortunate to able to see their game with GW Friday night. I've watched this team for a couple of years now and I really like them. How has there game progressed. Greenwood game for instance, the two minute offense is what took them over the top. FS has some skilled receivers and with a little more work on their timing these guys will be scary. You have to respect their run game with Brady, Robey. Brady went crazy against a strong GW defense and if he hadn't Robey would have, but now if you put 8 in the box to stop them they will line up as receivers and catch a pass that your not expecting. Tay Jones and Hunter Janes are some skilled receivers that never quit.... (GW game for instances) they are in the right place at the right time. If that's not enough they will line up to pass and if the receivers are covered Jackson Caudill will take off for 20 yards. They can do that now because of the beef up front. Cole Kirby, Jordan Bass, Nick Hudson, Mitch Estes, Dillion Wallace don't like it when you hit their little buddies. 88 FS is for real this year.

I agree Macdon. FS dominated for 3 1/2 qtrs. They must increase their conditioning with so many going both ways, and their offense is a work in process. They have some great backs that run disciplined and hard. Their QB is athletic and when he gets his timing down with his receivers (which are very skilled) they will be a force to reckon with. They are already good enough that their opponents can't put 8 in the box anymore. I also was impressed with their determination and NO quit attitude and that comes from their experience. Good team that could be great!

SW has all ready been knocked off. I really think some people are sleeping on a real solid Franklin Simpson team. Their offense is improving weekly and their defense is scary fast. They beat a really good Greenwood team at their house and held their offense in check until the last part of the game. Many will say they just got lucky, but these FS guys are good and getting better.

Both of these guys if they stay healthy will have great seasons. Robey likes to juke, Brady likes to go through you. They compliment each other very well.

I agree! Jamale Carothers!!! @Purple88 Who would be some other RB's that would make your top ten in this early season? I myself love the Big BOYS that make the way for the little guys. Without the BIG BOYS they don't go anywhere. Make sure you hit up my Thread and tell me about the big boys that have been impressive in this early season.

I don't anyone is discounting Allen Co. They are a great team with a lot of upside. I don't think what they have done this year would warrant a top ten ranking. Their only win comes from a 2A school at this time. I do think they will be in the thick when it's all said and done. I do agree with @Tommy2tone with the ranking right now.
