I don’t think the break will hurt FS’s momentum. At the break they were really playing good football and great defense. Warren Central will remain winless one more week.

This team could very easily become better than last years. This team isn’t a one man team. There is someone different stepping up every game. Baker?? Bass?? Partinger?? Covington?? FS is used to hearing Brady - McKinney but adding these others to the offense is very telling to the progress they are making at FS. They are getting better all the time. The defense is getting stronger every week too. To do what they did last night holding ACS to -3 in the 2nd half is huge. Their improvement to this point is very telling and should be troubling to the rest of their district, region and state.

Getting Pearson back seems to help getting more pressure on the QB's. The defense as whole seems to have improved since I saw them in their first game. It looked to me like FS did some things different on their pass defense last week against Glasgow.

Macdon, does ACS have the size up front that SW had?

FS seems to improve on both side of the ball every week. THEIR DEFENSE IS DIFFERENCE. Everybody knows that they have a three headed monster in the backfield Bass, Brady, McKinney, but their defense is getting it done. Their secondary was tested last night and came out on top. One pick and many passes broken up. Defense wins championships. If the pass defense catches up to their run defense these guys could end up in Lexington.

If is wins this one 35-20. Pass defense is getting better every week.

FS is figuring it out and growing up against quality opponents. FS played a great game last night against a great team. Meade is BIG and physical and very fortunate to get out of Franklin with a win. FS will wins at Glasgow. 20-13

Macdon, what kind of speed does Meade have? Will FS speed be able to get to the edge on Meade as it did GW?

ACS hasn't been tested yet, but that changes Friday night. I think Greenwood will rebound at home, BUT THATS WHY THEY PLAY THE GAME. Should be a good one.

FS has to get better blocking from everywhere on the field. The D line looks descent and only to get better with the addition of Dion Pearson. With a better line it will improve the secondary because the QB can't pass it effectively on his back or on the run. I think Preston gets this train turned around this week and headed in the right direction. FS 35 MC 7

FS played a sloppy scrimmage Friday night in Louisville. Brady didn't play but a few series all night and none on defense. McKinney looked good but did leave hurt. Bass also left before half with an injury. My view says the Offensive line and Defensive secondary need a lot of work. FS will have their work cut out for them Friday night they will have to find a way to stop the pass and Protect the edge versus E-town in order to win. All that said I think FS figured it out and comes away with the win.
