Robert Morris was there as well. I have to agree the camp was run very well. The head coach from OU and I spoke for a few minutes. He seemed to be a great guy and truly wanted kids of all skill sets to come away learning something. NKY was represented very well. Kenton county schools in particular with attendees from Scott, Simon Kenton and Dixie Heights As well as Lloyd.

Ronald Rice did well at WKU camp. He will be attending Ohio U , UC and still has UTMartin/ Purdue and few others camps in July. He also holds a offer from Morehead and has been contacted by several D2 schools.

Scott maybe the biggest sleeper school in nky in regards to athletics. They have had very successful year in a number of sports! I hope to see him them bring in another win Thursday!

Alot of bigger schools will have smaller schools there as well. For instance UC's camp will have a bunch of d2-d3 and some MAC coaches there too.

I think a realistic goal for Scott this year is to win its district. I do not read this as promoting mediocrity at all. This is something that has alluded this program for its entire existence and would be a huge jump for the program. When rebuilding a program its done in babysteps. We had a few winning seasons, now Woolley has beefed up the schedule. We have a very talented senior class coming back. So if these kids go 6-4 or 7-3 and win district that's a highly successful season! Im not aiming this at anybody. And I am sure I have been guilty of it at some point to. But lets not forget kids get on here and read these boards too. And comments on here can kill morale just as easily as whats said in the locker room or anywhere else.

Just one more sign that Woolley is doing great things at the Eagles Nest. We can debate coaching techniques all day long. However developing young men to be leaders in life. Is way more important then any feat on the gridiron. Siple huddles with football coaches about bullying

The income requirements for free education at a Ivy league are rather generous. But do vary per school. I have 2 Ivy league grads in my family and one attending all of them got a free education and we are mostly upper middle class

I heard he dropped out? Not sure if thats true, but will be really sad if it is.

It's a sliding scale the higher gpa the lower act the score can be. However that's just for the NCAA each individual school has its own acceptance requirements.

I would love to see them win their district and win a game or 2 in the playoffs..

The issue is there are adults saying my Johnny is better than your Tommy. And it can take away the team environment and create division of the kids. This team needs to build self confidence that it can win and overcome adversity and not feel divided.

Scott has prom this weekend so several kids who were planning on it no longer are able to go.

Almost all of the Mac schools have show interest in all three of them. Really hard to say who will go where. But just the fact that they are drawing the attention speaks loudly of the program really turning the corner.

Its crazy to think Scott has 3 kids getting serious attention from D1 schools.

He also has a visit to Cornell and Ohio University . He has several camp invites as well.

So I had a debate today on if c/o 2016 in NKY will have more D1 caliber kids then 2015. So it got me thinking, I wonder what kids are already getting D1 looks that may not be a " household" name.

Ron is 6'1 and is 300 lbs on the dot. He played last season at around 320 lbs.. Gage Tucker is a solid 6'3 or 6'4. And around 310 to315 I'd estimate

I am willing to bet that the GCL consistently draws more than most d3 schools in the area. They also have a much stronger alumni group. I am sure there are plenty of fringe benefits...
