Might wanna look at team. Tougher the teams better he played. NB over 400 total yards 2 passing 3 rushing. S.O. Over 300 total yds 1 passing 1 rushing. Fairdale 400 plus 3 TDs. I get your point but you can't take away this kids performance based on schedule or team records. Not golf or tennis. I'm a little bias here I coached this kid in baseball and know what he did with what he had was pretty impressive! But it is what it is!

Yes we do and it is basically the same.

Most of the kids in the NAIA programs are paying to play. They have to fill roster spots to practice and a lot of kids are ok with the debt to have a chance to put on the uniform for 4 more years. The kids that these schools really want end up getting very expensive educations for $0. Even though there is a max amount of dollars for NAIA scholarships athletically $10000 I believe there are pretty deep funding for those they believe will truly help the program. It's actually pretty interesting to see how these packages are put together.

Cameron Dukes of Bullitt Central QB/FS/Punter and Kicker in football has been a 4 year starter All County, All District, and All Region. Threw for over 2800 yds 21 TDs 1 INT, and rushed for over 500 yds and 11 TDs this year. Ended his football career as all time leader in school history in every passing category. Baseball has been a starter since his Freshman year at SS and Pitcher. Earning All County, All District , and member of the 6th Region Jr/ SR all star team. Finished last season with a 457 BA 2 HR and had over 70 K's on the hill. Basketball has been a 4 year letterman as PG/SG earning All County, All District, and All 6th region honors. On pace to join the 1000 point club. Led the team in scoring last season. With this Dukes is also a CCAP/AP National Honors Society student with a 4.0 GPA and could be a JR.

If and its a big if the Bullitt Central line can give the QB anytime he can pick any defense apart. To this point, it hasn't happened yet. This kid has thrown for 2700 yards 21 TDs and 1 INT off the run all year. I'd like to see it happen but I highly doubt that OL can do anything with Creek up front. So I guess what I'm saying is no it's not gonna happen in 5a. Lol

W/L should not be the only reason a coach is fired but it definitely should be in the determining factor. If a kid wins a starting job but doesn't get it done, a coach will replace that kid in hopes of finding a kid that will succeed at that position(W/L) this is not done for any other reason then to make his team better (W/L) So to say W/L should not be a reason is crazy IMO. If a kid being coached has to win at his position to keep a spot then a Coach should have to win to keep his job. Life is about winning the right way and if you continuesly lose, life is going to be very tough!

Cameron Dukes QB Bullitt Central 2592 yards passing 21 TDs 1 INT and 577 yards rushing 9 TDs. Doesn't have a chance because of team but should be mentioned. The things this kid does with his feet and arm are simply amazing.

In losses to SC and NB the offense put up 1300 yds and 88 points. The stats are not inflated at all. What is being exposed is how weak the OL and defense is against better teams.

IMO it soley depends on the team and the makeup of that team. If you have hard nosed kids with good leadership, I believe it really helps a team to play up in competition.

On Friday night that was a one sided blow out all on the defense. What gets lost in that game was that the BC offense put up 600 yards and 42 points against a very good SC defense. NB bounced back well against a bad team after the 56-7 blowout they faced against Shelby. If BC defense can shore up the lack of effort they displayed on Friday night against SC they win. If not NB will leave Shepherdsville with a nice win. Should be a good one!!
