Dabo is a great coach and motivator, but he's not an Xs and Os guy. He and Clemson spend big money so he doesn't have to. Just not his deal IMO.

Good for JC. No matter what you say about their program, you have to respect how hard nosed their kids are.

No doubt. That makes Elliott worth the pick. They had the team and line to draft him. Few other teams can get one of these backs and get that kind of impact.

Anyone else not impressed by Ball? By normal standards he's great. But the top overall pick? UK needs to box out and defend better. And just get some experience. Had some chances to get back in it a few times and then had bad possessions.

I'm of the opinion that Clemson will either win by 40 or lose at the end. Either way I really believe that Clemson should be the 4 seed. To me, the PAC-12, Big 10 and SEC are all better this year and Clemson hasn't looked as good as Bama, OSU or Washington. That said, Clemson if they get in will have a shot. Watson is good enough to keep them in any game.

No team scares Bama, but Petersen with a month to plan could potentially make it interesting. With Boise he was great when he could really prepare for a team for a while. Took down some big teams. Obviously none were Bama or as good as this Bama team, but he does at least have a track record of pulling big upsets.

Let be honest, if Barker doesn't get hurt UK probably doesn't move to the ground game as quick. UK likely doesn't make a bowl. Stoops likely gets fired. Gran is likely thought of as an incompetent. Hate to say it but Drew not playing ended up being good for everyone other than Drew. With that said if this is the identity UK keeps, it will give all the QBs a chance for success, including Drew.

Fournette is the most talented but he's always hurt. Cook seems safer. I wouldn't want to be the guy that drafts either in the first. Don't think either will have the success Elliott has had, which will become expected wth all high top picks at RB.

That would be a big opening.

Michigan is one of the four best teams IMO, but I think they played their way out of contention with the loss last week.

Fox is a combo of Wall and Ulis. One of my favorite players Cal has brought in. Love Monk too but I'm sure there will be a few games where his shot selection will kill our Cats. Good to see Bam actually get to play without being called for fouls.

Stoops deserves props for this year. However a lot broke UKs way over the course of the year. Not completely ready to say U.K. Has turned the corner for good.

Grantham wasn't great at UGA, IMO.

Never seen Louisville basketball. Have seen U of L football vs UK and Miami a few times.

In all honesty, Herman is likely going to Texas. I think I'd go get Mike Leach if I'm Baylor or Oregon. Might even think about him at LSU, but Jimbo would be a great fit at LSU. PJ Fleck is too unknown for a great job IMO. Let him go to one of the smaller openings and prove his worth. Even Urban Meyer didn't go straight from the MAC to a top 10 job. Miles and Schiano are uninspiring hires. Might work at Baylor with what they have going on, but not going to cut it at a real high profile job, from a PR standpoint.

Lexington doesn't have open enrollment does it? Makes it impossible to become a destination school unless you're private. You basically have to go where you're told, if I'm not mistaken.

Wait, what? Let's be realistic here. Bama won and Hurts made big plays down the stretch. Wasn't his best game, but he did come up big in the 4th quarter. Louisville lost and while it wasn't all (or mostly) on Jackson, he didn't play great by any stretch. Jackson will still likely win, but a close win in Baton Rouge is nothing like a blowout loss to Houston.

Watched this one online. Heartbreaking way to end the season for Raceland, but they did a heck of a job coming back. Excellent season by them, great careers by their seniors. Good luck to Paintsville going forward. Hope they bring home the big trophy.

Louisville won't play this bad but if they did I don't think they would beat UK. This is a meltdown.

Washington State will fix that for them. Final Four will now likely include two Big 10 teams unless OSU makes the Big Ten title game.

That was possibly the worst half of football I've ever seen a top 5 team have this late in the year. OL prospects should drop their commitments and come to Louisville. Instantly playing time on a good team. Louisville is a year away. They've been inconsistent at times and that's not usually a recipe for having a chance at a national championship. As for Lamar losing the Heisman, in some years tonight would do it. But this year who would they give it to?
