I wasn't at the game, but did hear that Hannah Dossett has moved into second place on the Gallatin County leading scorers list. She trails only her coach. Congrats to Hannah! Also believe that Bowen is the spark on this team. She seems to get everyone going. Great to see her open BIG tonight.

Trimble was down 57-51 at the end of 3 and took the lead 60-57 with about 6 minutes to go in the game. That's coming out hot to start the quarter, especially when you have had the same 5 on floor the entire game.

I didn't think Trimble utilized their size well early in the game. Shelbe Black ended the game with 20 points so they did eventually go inside. I counted 5 blocks for her in the first quarter.

Fast paced and physical. It was a very good game to watch.

It was a close game through 3 quarters. Trimble went to a 3-2 zone in the second half and that seemed to change the flow of the game. Game seemed closer than the final score reflected.

Girls start on Wed the 28th and have Thursday the 29th off. Boys and girls both play on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. All games at Frankfort Convention Center as mentioned by Baseball Nut 24.

Only a few teams have punched their ticket so far. Lots of All A Ragional action this week. After last year with all of the snow and postponed games, the 8th decided to hold theirs earlier so they could have a better plan B over last year. Owen Co plays Augusta on Thursday Jan 29 at 6:30.

Both boys and girls teams at our school use the ipad app for stats. They are typically ready to go as soon as the game is over. Of course the stats are only as reliable as the person recording them.

You're not choosing between academics and athletics. You're postponing school for a day and either adding a day to the end of the year or making up that day on another scheduled off day. State requires you be in school at least 1062 hours and No less than 170 days of 6 hours or more.
