Carson Williams with 21 and 14, and he became Owen County's all-time leading scorer when he scored his last two points of the night. Chad McDonald added 14, including a huge trey that put the Rebels up 49-38 with about four minutes left that seemed to knock the wind out of the sails of the Bearcats.

 

Walton Verona has a nice team, and will be a tough out for whoever plays them in the 32nd district tourney. I am assuming they'll be the 2 or 3 seed and play Grant or SK?

No surprise,,,I knew that was coming..This is not the EYBL, This is the Ky HS Basketall Fourm..

He does just fine against players his size and taller.

 

Come to Frankfort next week to see for yourself, since your team didn't make it there. I am sure that they'll play someone with 6-5 or 6-6 players. Walton Verona had a nice young player who looked to be about 6-7 or so (Brook?), and he did fine against him.

Obviously, you haven't seen this kid play much! He's a player and can play with the best of them.

Carson Williams is a very talented basketball player and is a respected opponent in the 8th region and around the state. It's unfortunate some have to let jealousy get in the way of simply appreciating his talent and congratulating OC on the win.

I hope the game falls at a good time for me. I need my Carson Williams fix. I'll never understand how anyone who loves basketball can't appreciate watching him play. That befuddles me.
