How many teams have "backed in" to the postseason and made a great run? Kind of a bizarre thing but someone will have to beat them out. PLD/Catholic match up has the makings of a dog fight. I'm ready for next week!

Coach Hundley has done a solid job with what he has to work with. From what I hear the Boggess kid is a all region kind of player but his supporting cast is average at best. As far as rolling? They have won 4 of their last 12...not sure I would call that rolling into anything.

Anything and everything at Corida is in question...on just about every level.

The kids from Station can now play without all of the stress that was obviously in play. With that being said, statistics do not lie. Washington is a good spot shooter but if he can be run off of the 3 point line he struggles to score off the dribble. If he was wide open, as jahearme pointed out, then there is no excuse. He's been playing for at least 3 years on varsity. Sounds like someone wasn't prepared. As far as district play goes...toss up at best. Jordan Green is back and he will be the best player on the floor.

The incident has zero to do with race. This is not the first incident that Coach Allen has had with verbal abuse towards players. This time he's on film doing it. Talk about privacy all you want to but the world we live in is a crazy one where anything that we say or do can be recorded. Therefore, we all have to be smarter regardless of our occupation. There seems to be little or no privacy...if one does not do anything wrong (especially on that level) then there is no reason to worry.

He is the interim from my understanding. He is not listed on their staff directory.

Predictions? I very much look forward to seeing this play out. It might be as good as a state tournament!

Not a matter of payback. Montgomery Co is far better. It will not be close.

It is rumored that a player at Bryan Station filmed a Mike Allen tirade at halftime that showed inappropriate language towards the players. He has been suspended indefinitely for verbal abuse. I'm guessing, since this is not the first time, that he will be relieved. If this comes to reality, does Jaron Brown get the job or do they open it up????

Why would a kid not want to play at Scott Co? Great facilities. Great program. Played on national Tv...lots of exposure. I by no means am saying anything as far as your point but great programs recruit themselves on a higher degree. Scott is no longer in the conversation as far as "questionable" activity goes around the state. 14th region and 10th region quickly come to mind...I'll leave it at that.

Great point...pretty obvious they are not real popular within the region or anywhere it seems.

Montgomery Co only one loss and Coach Holland did not get COY...seems as if the 10th region coaches have spoken loudly.

Take your word for it but since LCA can't win big games it is a mute point. I appreciate the info...good stuff.

1. LCA would not have been the 2 seed. It is my understanding that if three teams are tied it is a coin flip. Realistically, it would seem, that since LCA beat Catholic twice but PLD and Catholic were tied and PLD and LCA were tied, then PLD and Catholic would have flipped. If PLD wins the flip then another flip would take place for the 2 seed between PLD and LCA. If Catholic won the flip, they would be the 3 seed and PLD the 4 seed. As I said, I believe it is a coin flip between the three teams. Either way LCA was not the 2 seed if they would have won. Since they lost it is a mute point but an interesting scenario however you slice it.

So much for the pep rally where LCA labeled this the "biggest game in school history". Not sure they were aware that even with a win it only would have caused a coin flip. IMO LCA once again will not be in the region. At some point one would think they would eventually make one.

Both sets of rankings are a joke. Hack should have been out of them after the KOB. With no Jordan Green they seem to be reeling. With Mike Allen suspended at Station, that matchup will be beyond interesting

People who talk trash are usually more effective after they win. Had your chance last night. Let a spot shooter go 8-9. Love the confidence though.

It is Moco's to lose. No one will touch them IMO.
