Bach will benefit the most playing on that team. He will get to play against athletes he doesn't see in practice or much in the region.

Personally, don't see the merge. Paris will never merge with Bourbon (unless, as you stated, the state makes them). Curious to see how it plays out. They always seem to have athletes.

Georgetown was already a power. The at large bids didn't happen til after Happy took over.

Those ten are better than Hicks...plain and simple. He is a great player but this team is based on this year...not past performances. Hard to argue with any of the ten.

Northern Ky has several solid coaches. Why does the new HC at Ryle need to be from Northern Ky? Maybe some fresh ideas might be a healthy thing.

Understand the concerns but it is a dead issue at this point. IMO I highly doubt it happened but if it did then honestly who cares. It is over and done with. Holmes easily could have lost the semi and final.

Their best player might not guard Omar but they will be just as athletic and bigger. Wish him the best and hopefully he will not let physical play take himself out of periods during games as Ballard and John Hardin.

Watching Brossart play and being one of their biggest fans I guess you would feel that way. The beauty of basketball is that it can be played several different ways and games can be won in several different ways.

Madison Central will expose their undiscipline but should be fun to watch.

Since you brought it up...three of the top teams in the 12th, Wayne, Southwestern and West Jessamine...let's see how they fared against the 11th. Wayne Co lost by 3 to Lexington Catholic (when they brought their own refs) and got blistered yesterday by Madison Central by 25. Southwestern beat PLD by 2 (first game of the season and PLD had no Will Gary); lost to Lafayette by 24 and Henry Clay by 26. West Jessamine beat both Woodford and Franklin (both of which were way down) by 4 and 17; lost to PLD by 6, Madison Central by 20 and Henry Clay by 43. So in those 10 games the 12th went 3-7 with an average margin of loss by 12.4, including 5 of those losses by 20 or more. Therefore, the 12th is not very competitive and it is safe to say another 5-6 teams in the 11th would handle Wayne Co fairly easily. The 12th has some good players and great coaches but facts are facts.

I said he is a good player. His lack of size will hurt him at the next level. What percentage did he shoot? In all honesty, I love his feistiness...as long as he learns to contain himself. Five game winners huh? Hmmm...only two of their nine wins were one possession scores so not sure how that adds up to five.
